The Admiralty Tide Tables (ATT) provide tidal predictions, including high and low water times and heights for various ports worldwide. However, they don’t directly list Mean Sea Level (MSL). Instead, you can derive it using the following steps:
      1. Check the Chart Datum in ATT
Each tidal station in the ATT is referenced to a chart datum (often Lowest Astronomical Tide (LAT) or another local datum).
Find the tidal height values given for high and low tides.
      2. Use the Mean Tide Level (MTL) Approximation
If Mean Tide Level (MTL) is available, it is a good estimate of Mean Sea Level (MSL).
MTL ≈ (Mean High Water + Mean Low Water) / 2.
