I've listened to this song several times but today it's like I'm listening to it for the first time. Being still is not easy but knowing that God is King makes it much better. I'm back on my two months rent, I'm back on my daughters school fees. It's like everytime I hold money, it's slips right through my fingers and just get into debt. God I need your help and deliverance in the Name of Jesus. I WILL BE STILL AND KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOD.😭😭😭

This song reminds me of when I was 17 years old - I had a liver disease, doctors told me they couldnt do anything and that had about 2 weeks to live. A friend of mine wrote the words of this song on a card and sent it to the hospital. "FATHER YOU are KING over the flood"
One night in my despair I cried to the LORD and said: LORD JESUS help me!
I dont know how to explain it but when I awoke in the morning everything seemed brighter...I felt lighter...like a load had been lifted of me!
The LORD JESUS healed me🙌
Doctors thought it was impossible for me to recover but with GOD all things are possible!
Keep trusting the LORD JESUS. HE will get us through every storm.

Recently I was going through deep grief after a breakup and this song absolutely opened my heart and I cried and cried and I felt so supported. It just felt so deeply awesome to know their exists someone who loves me unconditionally and was looking out for me. Today, I'm having a much better day and this song is soothing as I remember picturing myself being scooped up while asleep on a boat, into angel wings and the angel truly soaring above a physical storm and I'm wrapped up in their wings and still sleeping soundly.
