    Awesome Video Dude, there’s such a abundance of wildlife in Florida, I didn’t know jellyfish were in the marsh area’s, that alligator just wanted to chill, I remember my dad having to stop our vehicle while on vacation in Florida over 30 years ago to let a alligator cross the rd, that was really cool to see as a kid, Thanks For Sharing, GL&HH.

    The diversity of wildlife was really nice. The heron and the gater made me smile.

    I love it when you and Caitlyn go out together. Nothing personal, your other friends are perfectly nice, but she helps keep the "Dude!" exclamation quotant to a reasonable level.

    Another great video Noah! I loved seeing the jellyfish and the alligator! As I was watching I said to myself I could stand there and watch him for a long time and then you basically said the same thing.😁 I would have loved hanging out at the beach looking for critters. Being from southwestern NY you don’t get to visit many beaches, which is a bummer because it is my favorite place to be..........maybe someday. For now I will live vicariously through my UA-cam friends. I loved seeing all of the wildlife you encountered and you always leave me wanting more. Take care and see you soon! 😄💙🐬🐊

    Visited FL last month. Saw a lot of cool marine life! Saw a Gopher Tortoise for the first time. Didn’t see many snakes, racer, pygmy(lifer, DOR though), and Scarlet(lifer).
    What I came to say was did you see the squishy balls near the jelly fish? It might be Sailor’s Eyeball alga(Valonia ventricosa). It is a type of Algae!
    “It is actually one of the largest single celled organisms on earth!!”

    I was expecting a much richer herping in Florida.
    Very nice and big alligator though, and surprisingly calm. Other herpers spook them with their presence and they dive into the water. The horseshoe crab was unexpected.
    Probably it was just a molt. Those animals are really ancient and special.

      keep in mind it is the middle of winter, so i doubt there would be more animals

    • @NKFherping
      @NKFherping  3 роки тому +5

      If it’s legal and close to home, I consider it. But in that situation it was neither and likely caused by pathogens, which would just be spread further if I moved the snake.

    I think this might be the most over-achieving of all your videos that I've seen. You go out hoping just to find a few snakes or turtles or whatever, and end up finding a double-digit alligator.
