Love the colour Ya,I and I also love the stain colour. I had got so used to the other colour that I loved it though. Lucky for you guys a painter came past and asked if you would like a quote and he was a good one. There’s too many cowboy tradies around in Australia who take your money and then disappear and don’t finish a job. There are so many here who’ve given a ton of money to builders and 4 years later their homes haven’t changed and are rotting in the weather it’s so sad cos people use their life savings to get their homes built and this happens. You guys have been extremely lucky with your build.I can’t wait to see it finished, it’s going to b3 so beautiful. TFS.
There are definitely bad contractors here too so I totally get it. One thing that has helped us is that Nelson doesn’t hire anyone who requires to be paid ahead of time. We don’t pay until the work is completed. If they can’t float their expenses until the project is completed that is a red flag for us. And if there has been a time where we have paid before full completion, it has only been for work done up to that point and nothing more.

Our crew did a phenomenal job!😊👏❤ We're getting our french doors replaced in our living room! We decided to get a sliding glass door with grids inside between the glass panes. The paint job turned out so good. You were so lucky to get that painter because not only did he explain everything but he has a system that seems to work so well. Picking the oil based stain was a good choice, we stained our fence with an oil based stain because we live in Texas and the sun is brutal on everything. You shouldn’t have to stain as often as you would with a water based stain, we are now having to do touch up’s and it’s been a good 7 years, that’s a win in my book. Y’all have done such a great job. 🥰💕

My hubby has total shoulder replacement surgery this Tuesday, the 7th and I go the next day, the 8th to meet with the surgeon about the 2 fistulas that are connected from my bladder to my intestine. I also have an infection around my intestine.
