It goes further. Once this pendulum swing has been seen for what it is, there is no more need for events to " rain on your parade". From here on, life becomes a continual stream of fulfilling and inspirational events.

I’ve been married 23 years and no idea how this happened. My husband doesn’t try to cage me in is all I can think. I do what I want, go where I want, come back when I want. I’m not responsible for his happiness and he’s not responsible for mine. We’re side by side, not entwined. Works for us.

I am enlightend as well and suddenly I was very sad - depressed in a way cause of worries about mental constructs, later I found out other enlightend people expierence a kind of alieness amongst unaware people and its asks a lot of precense and high frequency to overcome unaware people. As soon I said to my shrink yes I am depressed so what… I felt happy again and I saw something in her eyes that made her aware :) thats what some people refer to the matrix. greetz from Belgium.

I have been an ICU nurse for a very long time. The only patients who truly have shown inner peace while suffering and in pain are the ones who have faith. Their faith (regardless of religion) is empowering and I have wished I could have that in my life. Not that I do not have faith but theirs is of totally different caliber that brings them peace.... Surrendering to a higher power? Accepting their suffering? Thoughts?
I agree in times of fear, worry, anxiety, doubt, etc....I give it to God I pray and surrender. I read my Bible listen to worship music and understand I have no control. I came here without control, what happens to me while I'm here I have little control and when I will leave is out of my control. I trust God and learning to stop relying on emotions, feelings, and thoughts that are constantly changing based off outside effects. I felt a connection with God I can never explain and experiences I have had that Noone would believe me even I doubted my own but it is powerful God Is powerful I pray for everyone's peace 🙏✝️ God bless everyone!
I'd recommend looking into self inquiry. Rupert Spira has great videos on it and would be a good place to start.
When facing death, one eventually has no choice but to surrender.

@@XenosFiles absolutely worse case scenario we simply go back to not existing just as we were before were born, i don't remember being really upset and annoyed about not existing before I was born so o don't suppose I'd feel any differently if the absolute worse case scenario were to be a reality, anything and everything else would be even more amazing than this wonderful experience already is 🙏🙏🙏🙏
You can look externally, but the answer always exists within.

Within ourselves is the only place we have any agency in regard to ending suffering. We can, and should, do good work towards helping others constantly but whether or not those people we help find relief from suffering is not in our control, that can happen only within each individual ☺️

Hidden in the second question there is a trap - "how can I be happy and joyful if they're not? So let me suffer and join them in their sadness, maybe this will help them..."
Then the question remains - are you helping the world when you're sad? How sad do you think you need to become before your sadness can free all those people from suffering? And last but not least - which feeling will have you more motivated to do good deeds? Sadness? Or joy?
When you feel joy and peace, THIS is exactly the best contribution you can bring to a chaotic world. Being sad along with the rest of humanity is just adding to the chaos.

I had 2 NDE"s and was received and merged with the pure light of BEING. It was the greatest Unconditional Love, Compassion, Acceptance, Welcome with zero judgements. I was shown that I, the true "I" not the egoic identified small "I", agreed to this life and I had agreed to face some of the worst of human evil. The challenge was to remember who we ALL are and live from that state. Could I look at everything happening in the world, in my life experience, in the same way I was received in the NDE. Pure awareness, no judgements, as Eckhart said, a sense of goodwill no matter what, unconditionally. In my NDE's there was no separate God of any religion handing out rewards, punishments or judgement. All things of the mind dropped away. All beliefs, all judgement, opinions, gender, all of it, yet simultaneously, it was all included in the vastness of BEING. It's like I was nothing and everything at the same time. It has been a long, slow process integrating what I realized in the NDE's and gradually moving away from total identification with the mind made "me". I wasn't magically transformed from the experience.
