Red card for an F bomb, oof. On one hand referee wasn't wrong to give it, on the other hand it 100% was a foul lol. A leg sweep that even Kobra Kai would be proud of.
@@tgc9807taking out the fact it was the keeper for a minute. Because legally speaking the keeper has no special protections in the rules or Laws. Two players coming together like this is hard to justify a card since both of them are legitimately attempting to play the ball. A foul? Certainly. But I have a hard time seeing this as a reckless challenge or a challenge involving disproportionate force.
@@Raider025 Look -- 10 is a great player but she makes a huge mistake and puts her cleats right into the chest of the keeper. This is an auto-red if the ref sees it. Watch any pro league on the weekend, you cannot go studs up into players ANYWHERE. I don't think she did it on purpose at all, but sometimes intent doesn't matter. As far as the ACTUAL red card, it was 100% a foul and the girl was right. It happened right in front of the ref and he just missed it. Both player and ref were in the wrong, maybe should have compromised with a yellow.
@@Raider025- it’s a card. She came into another player with studs showing near face & into the chest. That is a reckless challenge. Center ref was obviously way behind the play, so where was the AR helping the ref make the correct call? Just because she hurt herself doing it doesn’t negate it was reckless. She definitely 100% deserves a card (red is completely justifiable from the rule of law). And when a ref is disproportionately handing out cards or worse, a red card for an f’ bomb…it unfortunately puts a cloud on the legitimacy on the outcome of a game (yellow card for a push in the back but no yellow card for the exact same push in the back by the maroon team?). I could clearly see a talent gap in this game and the better team won in the end, but make no mistake that the white team has plenty to stew about unnecessarily that they didn’t get a fair shake in the game.
While the officiating was not stellar with some pretty bad/missed calls, and that will get the majority of the comments… The real winner is the guy behind the camera. What is that, like your 6th downpour you have filmed in this season?? Kudos! 🎉
the forward shouldve gotten a red for the high studs challenge on the GK

also, no red card a minute earlier (in the film) for the chest high, cleats up challenge on the keeper.

OHSAA rules specify it's an automatic red card for F-bombs.
That ref needs to be fired ASAP!!! he just letting them tackle each other like its football and they have extra padding .

you know it's the playoffs in Ohio when it's a constant rain/mist throughout the entire game
@CaptainDawg02 you should search for '21 Boys Soccer Playoffs Shaker Hts @Westlake. That was a great game in a constant downpour.
Ref is ass red for that? At most should’ve been a yellow
The wall sold that first goal
