This month I decided to go classic with a Dark Red #Schwarzkopf Dye, darker at the root, and blending down to a mid red.

Schwarzkop Igora Royal Dyes
Roots:
4-88 30ml + 4-99 30ml
20Vol 60ml
Applied on roots only
Mids to Ends:
6-88 60ml + 4-88 10ml

How do you make every single color look so good?💕 I have red hair (not what I wanted), ended up cutting most of it off now I'm just waiting for the rest to grow out 😕
I don't really know the igora colours, but why did you use 20Vol on your ends, wouldn't 10Vol be enough, especially when they're already light? 😘💕
I prefer to use 20 vol to make the colour brighter, 10vol only deposits colour which can sometimes end up looking a bit dull.
Can i use the colors without a developer?

Just a tip for whoever reads this: I was taught that you're not supposed to dye your roots first than your ends, that's why they look lighter and (hot roots). The heat from your scalp makes the color at the roots develop faster than the color on the mid-lengths or ends. Next time apply the dye on your ends first and on the last 10 minutes apply it on the roots. And if you want to go a couple of shades darker you can also use 10 volume developer. ☺️
That’s true in most cases especially bleach, which is why I went for a darker colour on the root than the ends. Practically it’s also quite difficult to apply the roots AFTER the ends as by then it’ll have started oxidizing and hardening, making it much more possible to miss parts of the roots
@@StellaCini Exactly! It's really difficult and your hair may end up looking patchy. What you did is another way of avoiding hot roots and it turned out soooo pretty
Hey! Could you please give me some advice on how to hide grey hairs? I used to color my hair blonde, but bleaching kills your hair... so now I cannot decide how best to hide it..

I also did a part of my hair red this week and I love it! The only bad thing with red is that it fades so fast and you have to take care of it a lot :)
@@alexae2553 there's a conditioner you can get to keep it red so it don't fade it's alright and it don't cost alot I just die my hair with a red permanent die and then wash it once a week with the conditioner 😍🤗

Do you not find using 20vol damaging every few weeks when you dye all over it..i used 20vol on my virgin hair and the texture felt so damaged..and it lifts and deposits the color..
I really dont! tbh whenever I dye my hair it feels thicker and better?
@@StellaCini thats good it works for you :) myself no ..it made it thicker alright from depositing colour into the molecules..it filled it out but then i found using no silicone in my conditioner it didnt mask the condition...everyones hair is different though.
