HI! nice tutorials!i have a question! i have a few seconds animation, because the cam is not move, so i want to put out character and bg to render, so here the question, if i do this, how to set the depth render layer?
That's an interesting question. I would put the character and bg in a render layer. You can also put individual objects in render layers, so your character can be in one and your bg in another. It's a bit more advanced compositing, but should do the trick. Hope this helps!
Hi +Rachid Ayad I'm happy to hear that the tutorial helped you. To animate zdepth, you have to key frame the 'focus distance' using key frames. take a look at my turn table tutorial to each you about keyframing in after effects.
