    I had to go through a Ministry teacher who was teaching me the Bible in a class for leadership in the Church. Who choose to have set with one of his students.
    I had to go through the process of what happens when a trusted leader falls. The good think was the Church did not hide it from us.
    He was remove from his position immediately and helped to find another job. Later he was restored to the Church community, but not his past position. I think it hurts more when the Church hides the sin instead of exposing and dealing with the situation.

    I really appreciate both of you having this conversation. I honestly have reached a point where I no longer trust many pastors, teachers, evangelists, etc in the Evangelical church. I felt they were just stringing us along, not living what they were preaching. All this while telling us we were going to hell for our sins. I have prayed for many but still don't trust. I appreciate your perspective and acknowledgment that there are those of us out there who have been hurt by what is going on. I am getting past this and I will admit that it has drawn me closer to God in that I really find myself searching scripture more for myself to verify what people are saying.

      It's only in the Holy Bible. Yes, his spirit lives in us but we are only man. Every single one of us. The God man is at the right hand of the Father on the throne meaning no man here can represent CHRIST. Only the Holy Bible can. Hallelujah!

    Thank you both for your hearts! My heart has been broken at the condemning words that people want to say is God. We are permitted to judge their actions, but even that is through love and prayer. But to gossip and condemn is not from the Lord. I pray for those who operate in this negative spirit to have a revelation of Gods true heart and message. His mercy and grace has been given to all of us! No one God used was perfect in all their ways. Things will be very difficult for those who have fallen into deception. We have all fallen but His Grace is sufficient. Love conquers…that name is Christ 💕

    Powerful and authentic. I was driving with Corey in January in the midst of the fog. He walked through and didn’t slander and gossip. He’s a true Father to this generation of emerging leaders who long for authenticity,

      @Matthew7Bible Yes I hear so much about gossip but why not justice? Justice is a foundation of His throne. Slander must be a false statement so what about all the TRUE statements about SA and corruption? What about righteously standing up publicly for that?

    Feeling the pain of king Jesus recently when he took the final blow on the cross😢 when the warter and blood poored out!! I feel like it has somthing to do with the woman coming from the side of Adam! Feeling the pain of our sin through the cross is seemingly bringing epitome,of humility! What he went through for us ! Corey Russel I feel very connected to you through your testimony” mine was similar” and I also felt vey connected to bob jones prophecy! Question! Do you know what happened to the letter that was written when Bob was in the hospital the last time epitome,? I was born 83 and came to know the love of God in 2011 I recently came back to life after trying to live like Christ but was doing it all wrong and barely hanging on! God bless you brothers!!

    I'd love to hear you address believers trying to uproot tares and taking it upon themselves to "expose" people rather than allow God to expose them. This is very important. I thought Jesus was pretty clear about not wanting us to uproot tares, but people in the church are ignoring this. Everyone thinks their situation is the exception.

    • @apsara12
      @apsara12 Місяць тому +1

      Sometimes God uses “His people” to expose, since we are His feet, His hands, His mouthpiece in the earth.
      Ephesians 5:11- Do not participate in the worthless and unproductive deeds of darkness, but instead expose them [by exemplifying personal integrity, moral courage, and godly character];
      Exemplifying is more than just speaking..plus,
      It takes a lot of courage to expose. More often everyone hides! 🙈🙊🙉
      Rev. 21:8 - speaks about
      cowards ..
      we must stand for Truth 🙏

      @JLeeladee That Ephesians verse you quoted is usually the one verse people use to justify blasting Christians in the public forum, but what about verse 12 of Ephesians 5?
      "for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret." Ephesians 5:12
      Clearly, if verse 12 is saying it's disgraceful to even speak about, why would God tell us to speak about it? I don't think verse 11 is saying what people think it's saying. It's not a green light to make videos about fellow believers for millions of believers and nonbelievers to see. I have a hard time seeing Jesus doing that. Love covers over a multitude of sins. Anyone can be a critic. In fact, nowadays, critics are anything but rare. It doesn't take any courage to slam someone. It takes courage to reserve judgment, hold our tongue, and trust God to expose things with His light.

    When we speak about “restoration “ to a fallen leader I believe we have it backwards. Since we love our celebrity leaders the first restoration I hear of is “ministry”. This should be the last thing restored if it should even be restored. The first restoration that should take place is between the fallen leader and their relationship with the Lord. The second should be to their spouse (if possible) and immediate family. The third should be with the local body (and not in ministry). Let them get a regular job and be a pew sitter. As they build trust in all these areas this person is being restored. IMO if this person can walk this line for a decade then talks should begin about some major safeguards in accountability if it ever happens.
    In also want to say we “pew sitters” do not help them because we do not demand stiff accountabilities and we hold them up so high like a celebrity. We do not help them to walk in humility and transparency.

    In October 2020 the Lord told me that He was going to be exposing and removing platforms of ministry and church leadership that don't represent him
    He emphasized
    Be ready to minister to the people that will be shell shocked as all the truth comes out
    My heart is for those that will struggle about maybe leaving the Lord through the process that is unfolding.
    Father in Jesus Powerful Name help us all to keep our eyes on You and not on ministers and their leaders

      You have to understand God wants us to tread lightly with our words when there's an issue in the body. Slander and gossip are very easy to get pulled into. I guarantee these two men both have strong feelings about what was uncovered. We just don't know what was said behind closed doors. I think God's heart would rather it be this way, especially regarding a leader in the body of Christ. There's too much at stake. It's for the sake of the whole. Unity in the love of Jesus is paramount.

    Guys. You need to stop and reevaluate a lot deeper. Its not just going on with the bulk of what they taught and just addressing 3-5 areas. Trust me as one who has dealt with international corruption in our hypercharismatic circles. This touches nearly everyone at so many levels beyond what you guys see and know today. Its a spirit from Dowie and Branham on down and lest you really reevaluate the tree you are grafting people into… the fruit will not change.

    Why don’t you publicly repent from aiding and abetting Chad in the Garden Greenville Jeremiah, as well as your awkward stance on the side of Joni Lamb. Dr. Brown connection is awkward too.
    I don’t mind that you get things wrong and strengthen their abusive narratives as long as you publicly make it right in true humility.
