Mugen- Fighting is Magic "Cheap mode" Alternate Palettes

- For the New Year's Day special, I've decided to make a M.U.G.E.N. video. My original plan was to do a Survival Mode with me playing as Hayato (from Marvel vs. Capcom 2) and my partner as Twilight Sparkle, but during my recording session, I faced Rarity, who had sparkles surrounding her. The next thing I know, me and my partner were destroyed by Rarity and attacks that I have not seen before.
So, rather than making a Survival Mode run video, I have decided to do a showcase video showing all of the Fighting is Magic characters' "Cheap Mode" alternate palettes and the differences between them and the original version of those characters. The differences are significant, as "Cheap Mode" not only increases the characters' attack and defense, but it also increases the combo rate as well.
To select the alternate palettes, press Enter + x/y/z/c (Taunt button + weak punch/medium punch/strong punch/strong kick).
To see the changes in the "Cheap Mode" alternate palettes, please look at the notes I typed in the comments section.
All characters:
-Attack and defense are increased
-Some of the attacks have the cooldown rate decreased or the juggle rate increased, allowing the character to pull off devastating combos. The AI takes full advantage of this.
-Magic Meter required to performs EX-specials and alpha counters will start at a max level.
-Alpha counters will now launch the opponent to a wall and will cause the character to bounce off the wall, allowing the character to pull off various combos.
-All characters gain at least one new super, which is a OHKO move that requires all five super meters.
-Super meter will slowly increase during the match. - Ігри

Below are the notes I took for the characters and their differences between their normal selves and their cheap counterparts. Besides "Lightning Flash", I had to come up with the names of the new supers by myself.
Applejack: (0:05)
-Apple buck deals more damage, and the apples will bounce off the ground or off the opponent for more damage.
-Applequake attack will cause apples to fall on the opponent (three for weak and medium versions, six for strong and EX versions) if the opponent is out of the attack range.
-Flying Headbutt deals more damage.
-Summer Rambo (lv. 1), Summer Rambo (lv. 3) and Buster Hoof deal more damage.
1:50 - New Super: Summer Rodeo (F, DF, D, DB, B (X2) + Attack)
Lv. 5 super and a OHKO move. Not only is the attack a counter attack, but it also activates if the opponent is directly in front of Applejack.
Twilight Sparkle: (2:16)
-Magic Spark (non-EX version) hits opponent multiple times and creates a magical vortex.
-Air Magic Spark (non-EX version) has a different animation. It is now an air-to-ground attack.
-Chapter Trap (non-EX version) deals MUCH more damage if Twilight scores a direct hit.
-When the book created by Chapter Trap disappears, the book will shoot lightning on all four directions.
-Throws will bounce opponent off the wall.
-Story Arc Climax deals more damage.
-Magic Nova deals more damage.
4:08 - New Super: Magic Supernova (B, DB, D, DF, F (X2) + Attack)
It has a similar animation to Magic Nova, but it requires 5 levels of energy bars, and it is a one-hit KO move.
Rarity: (4:22)
-Missile Gem (non-EX version, both forward and backward versions) will summon three gems instead of one and deals more damage.
-Rake Gem will summon an additional gem that appears in front of Rarity.
-Eruption Gem deals more damage, and the gem will bounce all over the place for a few seconds.
-Sky Gem (non-EX version) summons three gems instead of one.
-Throws will bounce opponent off the wall.
-Gemstorm summons gems all over Rarity.
6:31 - New Super: Lightning Flash (D, DB, B, DB, D, DF, F + Attack)
Lv. 3 super. Rarity will summon particles of lightning that pierces the opponent repeatedly.
7:01 - New Super: Ultimate Makeover (B, DB, D, DF, F (X2) + Attack)
Lv. 5 super and a OHKO move. Similar to the Makeover super, Rarity grabs her opponent and proceeds to give her opponent a makeover. Then, she uses the Lightning Flash super on them, and finishes the opponent off by summoning gems right below the opponent.
Pinkie Pie: (7:16)
-Cartwheel deals more damage.
-Party Cannon fires three items instead of one.
-EX Party Cannon fires five items instead of three.
-"Be right back!" deals more damage.
-Cupcake Assault fire more cupcakes at the opponent and deals more damage. The super does not require Pinkie Pie to be in the air anymore.
-Pinkamena super deals more damage and can also function as a counter attack.
9:18 - New Super: Shadow Pinkamena (B, DB, D, DF, F (X2) + Attack)
Lv. 5 super and a OHKO move. Functions as a close-range unblockable move and a counter attack. The animation is similar to the Pinkamena super, except Pinkie's colors are inverted.
Fluttershy: (9:48)
-All special attacks deal more damage.
-Harry the Bear's attack bounces the opponent off the wall.
-Critter Stampede deals more damage and will cause the opponent to bounce off the wall.
-"Leave me alone!" deals more damage and will also activate if the opponent is directly in front of Fluttershy.
10:51 - New super: Protect the Caretaker (B, DB, D, DF, F (X2) + Attack)
Lv. 5 super and a OHKO move. Fluttershy goes into a hiding stance. If the opponent hits Fluttershy or is in front of her, the attack activates. The opponent is stunned momentarily while Fluttershy's animal friends rush towards the opponent and maul him/her. The attack ends with Harry slashing the opponent.
Rainbow Dash: (11:07)
-All special attacks deal more damage.
-Rainbow Barrage and Sonic Rainboom deals more damage.
12:05 - New Super: Buccaneer Blaze (D, DB, B (X2) + Attack)
Rainbow Dash flies back to the wall behind her and proceeds to attack her opponent from all sides. She ends the attack by slamming her opponent to the ground.
12:30 - New Super: Rainbow Destruction (B, DB, D, DF, F (X2) + Attack)
Lv. 5 super and a OHKO move. Rainbow Dash goes into a defensive stance. If the opponent hits Rainbow Dash or is in front of her, the attack activates. Rainbow Dash proceeds to beat up her opponent, then flies into the air to perform the Sonic Rainboom.

Were can I find english voice of them?
Go to the Option txt file, and scroll down to "Character Voice." Change the "Value = " to 0 or 1.
Which one is it 0 or 1?
Did you look at the text file? Set the value to 0 if you want the Fighting is Magic voice. Or if you want the voice from the MLP: FiM episodes, set it to 1.

It's not that hard to select it. You just have to hold taunt and one of the four attack buttons (except for the weak kick and medium kick buttons).
so you try to tell me that I have to click on one of the + enter buttons?
If your taunt button is the ENTER button, you hold it, then press one of the attack buttons to select the cheap mode palette.
Pinkie pie actually has 4 specials not 3
what is the 4th one?
