I cried watching this. My dog was also in a kill shelter and was a few months old. She was abused and left to die by her previous “owners.” But we are happy she is in our family and not a single day goes by that I don’t forget her morning and evening cuddles.
A kill shelter? Sounds like a torture chamber or a starvation room
@@jzisers I agree. Right after someone took her from that shelter before being killed to their own house but abused her there. We found out later that person who took her in was doing this and reported her. They got shut down quickly after thankfully.

As a vet tech that works in a clinic and shelter this Mr.Beast video has to be one of my favorites. Im so glad he found all these dogs homes. And Buffet i would've adopted in a heart beat. Tripods typically can have the exact same care as any dog and missing a limb doesn't slow them down at all once the dog adjusts.

my dog was 3 months old and in kill shelter - he was starved and abandoned, they found him at 8 weeks old on the side of the road and he couldn't even stand - we adopted and he is now happy and healthy, I will always have a shelter dog by my side, adopting is so important

Wow, i used to work at this dog rescue, its called Big Dog ranch rescue in south Florida. Its um not as good as they portrayed it but im so damn glad they got the dogs adopted.
yes, i volunteered for a dog shelter for a few months. the reality of dog shelters and kennels is that it can be a very stressful and overwhelming place for dogs. And because shelters are so understaffed usually the dogs don't get as much attention when it comes to cleaning of their kennels and walks/playing/exercise. i think thats why i like this video so much, takes dogs out of that stressful situation, seems like the dogs in the video got more attention.

I have two dogs. One’s a beagle (female) and the other one is a rescue. Both get along well as long as we don’t feed them together. Then they fight and it gets nasty. They bite each other and one of them gets injured. But i love them both so I’ve learned to keep them separated and together. Just feed them separately and the other times they are good. It’s a hectic job but i would do this a hundred times over.

Why wouldn’t you take Buffet, 3 legs just means he is more maintainable, is a couch potato, and isn’t an escape risk.
The only dogs my family have ever owned have all been rescued we’ve had 8 over the last 10years and it’s nice to give them homes with the little time some rescue dogs have left xx
My first dog ever was a bulldog cross pitbull and she has a prosthetic knee when we got her and couldn’t understand why know want wanted to give her a good home but she lived a happy and exciting 5years still miss her so much ♥️xx
