I listened to this song 9 years ago (in 2010) when I was going through a hardship and it made me cry then because it made me feel that God is with me and that I'm not alone. I will never ever forget that moment, and I will never forget those tears. Now that 9 years has passed, I in fact thank God a million times that He made me go through that hardship. My life would have never been what it is now if He had not made me go through that hardship. I have never imagined that I would become the person who I am now. Hi there. I just came here to listen after my first listen to Irfan Makki.
I know Maher Zain is really a famous public figure in Malaysia among Muslims music listeners.
But I just heard 'Waiting For The Call' by Irfan Makki on Sinar FM (one of Malaysian Malay radio broadcasting channel). To my surprise, Irfan Makki's voice resembling Michael Jackson soooo much. That's why I googled up and found that he actually collaborated with Maher Zain, am surprised and not-too-surprised after I googled up both artists. Both are Nasyid singers with wonderful voice.

This is so true. I'd forgotten how I'd listened to this song about a year and a half ago when things were tough. Listening to the Quran and taking heed of its Message is a healing and religious, spiritual music can help too, Alhamdulillah. Listening to and taking heed of the Message of the Quran is the one of the most healing things if you have faith in Allah swt. I just didn't know how to/when I would overcome some things and then Allah swt opened up a way that truly gave me peace. I happened upon this again and I recalled that and it's simply amazing, Alhamdulillah.
It's important to remember Allah swt often as our provision is from Him and He gives so much out of His Generosity. Always trust in and give thanks to Allah subhana wa'taala.
