dont worry...places in the south with 8 inch corn/beans...odd year for farming.. you're a good man Chris...I dont know your faith, but your ethic approach to things gives us hope in future generations
Hey Chris, just a thought for deck boards. We have soaked old barn beams with diesel that were bowed. Put a little weight on it and let it set for a couple weeks and you will be surprised how well they straighten out.
Hay in the barn for Dan ,corn in the ground for the deer hunter's hay teadding and get your corn spaid 38 bails of hay in your pasture Chris and the boys are getting it done, have a good day my friend.
Hi Chris, thank you for sharing the info regarding the Kuhn PTO working on the Krone tedder. The Krone tedder baskets or stars, also look familiar as well, yet cannot put my finger on it as to the make and model?
we have a vendro, 1120 11.2 meters, which is a ten element tedder. That is the largest with this method of folding, with a wider one you go to a carrier. good luck with everything, greetings from the Netherlands
Howdy Chris, Yenko, I hope ya'll are doing well, I say 14 bales, Happy 4th of July Chris, hope you found time to enjoy it with Friends, great video, ya'll were all over place, Stay safe, God Bless and Farm on my Friends
I had a neighbor here in N.E.PA that planter corn on the 4th, and he said it was the best crop of corn he ever had, so , the next year planted on the 4th, and we had an early hard frost at the end of Aug. He mowed it off with the haybine! had a wet spring, lots of hay!
We did that also when we were feeding the cattle silage but he really doesn't have enough animals to use the amount of feed nee😢to run the silo need to feed enough to get at least one turn per feeding and that's really not enough coming out per feeding
26 bales.you can always feed your corn silage to the pigs when you open the silo. That would cut down on the cost of raising them. Don't see to many people using those types of rakes around my area. They primarily use wheel v rakes or 5 bar ground or hydraulic powered units. My buddy has a big Vermeer wheel rake and Krone soft center round baler.
27 bales is my guess. And I just finished reflooring two trailers. I chose full length (untreated #2) lumber with three coats of a 50/50 mixture of used motor oil and diesel. For each board I chose what would be the bottom and treated that first, making sure to let the liquid run off the ends. After installing the boards I mopped on 3 coats of the liquid letting it soak in between coats. 🫡
Yup hydraulic lines need some type of sun protection. Quick cheap fix use red grease or UV garden hoses. Permanent fix use UV resistant hydraulic hose lumen. 60 bails for sure.😎🇺🇸👍
I don’t know if you have time to watch other UA-cam farmers but the Joyce brothers used a rotary valve instead of the master cylinder on their 7000 8 row.
We have 4 34 ' trailers .p j, corn pro ,gater made and a big tex . Cant tell the difference. 3 - 46 foot drop deck talbert trailers from the early 80's .other than the 10 x 15 tires are expensive nowdays wouldnt trade for anything.
Good to see the weather is with u and everything is working and doing fine🤩🤩 great video as allways! So nice to have a youtuber showing everything that can happen in farming, allways something that breaks thanks for being u. Do not care still about those negativ shit…..
He could take the gravity flow wagon and get some feed in it make a frame and put tarp on it ton at a time feed the pigs and calves out of it could even sit outside
26 bales. Great seeing everyone helping each other getting things done. Keep up the great work!
31 bales. Nice to see some good progress and all you Farmers helping each other out. Many hands .......

Row shut offs work on overlaps not gaps but adjusting your marker arms would help with gaps
Hi Chris, thank you for sharing the info regarding the Kuhn PTO working on the Krone tedder. The Krone tedder baskets or stars, also look familiar as well, yet cannot put my finger on it as to the make and model?
Chris that was so great everything getting done hauled hay raking hay planted corn putting in the time Chris keep it up buddy

Keep up the good work! Absolutely love watching. From one farmer to another !

Howdy Chris, Yenko, I hope ya'll are doing well,

I need a food plot for my neighbor and the deer eating off so fast that it's never going to make grain
Duff, I think that field will give you 15 to 17 bales of decent hay.
He guessed 20 bales early on...I have a feeling he is now going up towards 25 to 30 by end of the episode.
Duffe, we feed wet silage to are pig. We have for cows why not. They love and it works.
We did that also when we were feeding the cattle silage but he really doesn't have enough animals to use the amount of feed nee😢to run the silo need to feed enough to get at least one turn per feeding and that's really not enough coming out per feeding

Great teamwork back and forth between you guys!
24 bales
If you spray hay and paster fields with range star it will knock back weeds pretty well and improve the quality of hay.
Chris you can use used motor oil to paint those deck boards on your trailers it works good, just a suggestion
Transmission fluid diesel as well.
Yep, it works well
I’m guessing 25 bales , happy belated 4th.
27 bales is my guess. And I just finished reflooring two trailers. I chose full length (untreated #2) lumber with three coats of a 50/50 mixture of used motor oil and diesel. Used Hydraulic or Transmission Oil is best. It’s a lite oil and it will absorb into the wood and not stain
Yep dries down nice, no slip
My brother was combineing grain in westgermany
Need to get a service box made where you can just grab the pallets forks and put in and out of your truck
there is the Krone Vendro C 1340 a 12 - rotary tedder with a working width of almost 13.40 m
20 bales. Your doing great good work ethic an always doing things. Hope you take break once in awhile. 🐾🐾
Yup hydraulic lines need some type of sun protection. Quick cheap fix use red grease or UV garden hoses. Permanent fix use UV resistant hydraulic hose lumen. 60 bails for sure.😎🇺🇸👍
I hate people when they make promises that they cant keep but at least you got it cut i think you will get 56 bales off of it
I don’t know if you have time to watch other UA-cam farmers but the Joyce brothers used a rotary valve instead of the master cylinder on their 7000 8 row.
37 Bales, Glad to see all is going well!
27 bails looking good 😊
I was gonna comment about how that bird shit is gonna hurt the paint on tractors but I won't 😘
Great job Chris hope you had a good 4th July 26 bales
22 Balar Love watching your videos after work.
21 Bales, loving the show!!!
Hello Chris hard to see just from a video but ill say 18. Will see enjoyed your video have a great day.
28-1/2 bales (28 plus what’s still in the chamber , minus one broken bale loading them 😉)
Six months they going to taste pretty Damn good!!!! Pork Chops!!!!!!!!!
18 bales thumbs up !!
We have 4 34 ' trailers .p j, corn pro ,gater made and a big tex . Cant tell the difference. 3 - 46 foot drop deck talbert trailers from the early 80's .other than the 10 x 15 tires are expensive nowdays wouldnt trade for anything.
I’ve seen 4th of July corn make some great silage
Yeah but this doesn't even need to do that it's for deer baiting
You need a hoop barn over the old trench silo you would already have the concrete
How is your wee baby girl doing?
Great video
Looks like 34 to me. Weather is often a challenge doing big squares.
Good to see the weather is with u and everything is working and doing fine🤩🤩 great video as allways! So nice to have a youtuber showing everything that can happen in farming, allways something that breaks thanks for being u. Do not care still about those negativ shit…..
Do those hydraulic lines for the lift cylinders have straight fittings or 45’s on them???
13 bales. Looks great!
No big deal no brakes when I was growing up nothing seemed to have brakes so use to it today I can get almost 140k on brakes before putting brakes on
40 bales good video Chris
My dad always said that hay beat hell out of a snow ball
Im going to say 32 bales. Love the content!
Great video Chris. 26 bales
24 I watch your videos every day and I look forward to it
I have a 32 foot diamond C tandom dual wheel with a hydraulic tail. It was big money but worth the investment
Do you need a Private Pesticide License to apply herbicide in New York State?
29 I feel will come off that field. It's pretty thick stuff!!!
That Massey is a unbelievable machine
Just enough bales to make you happy.
Bales? All of them!
We just planted over our half dead Sorghum
some of the best silage corn my dad ever had was planted July 4
Don't listen to the haters Chris. We have eaten home raised pork and coporate pork. You know what they have eaten and I believe they taste better.
27 bales hope u have a good 4th of july
Don't know if it's been said but 27 bales.
If your looking at new trailer go with corn pro you don't have a powerful enough truck to abused one of them
28 bales on the back field figuring it's 4 to 5 acres
Great video I am going to say 34 bales
There’s a date under your control box in cab it might just be getting tired
My guess is 33 bales judging by lay down depth and field size.
27 bales Chris, hello Yanko
25.5 bales haha.
35 bales thanks
26 bales off that field Chris!
I'm thinking 15 for that field.
Looking neat. 18 I reckon.
23 bales.
Should have planted sudex it would give you more tonnage
26 bales but it gets rained on so you have to rerake it
45 bales go Duffy go
28 bales but you will break one so 27 is my number.
You can feed them some silage from time to time
Pigs don't do well on silage or any research I read said they won't??
13 bales
You could look in to seeding grain next year. It will lower your feedcost
What feed cost 3 calves and 2 pigs .
@@prof1982 you forget the raccoons.
He said high grain prices. So if he seeds 5acre with grain and combines it himself does he not have the feedcost
@@willianvos3521 yeah but is it worth the hassle for such a small amount is what I meant .as easy to buy or barter with a neighbour .
He could take the gravity flow wagon and get some feed in it make a frame and put tarp on it ton at a time feed the pigs and calves out of it could even sit outside
@@waynejones5239 if i have seen correctly there is a frame by the silos
Im going to guess 28 bales of hay😊
I think that you will get about 35 bells of Hay
22 bales from the field
27 thank you..
23 bales plus a mini bale
Put them out on pasture train them on electric fence
good video . 21 bales
I like red tractors.
I got stuck in hayfield last week
45 bales , the cylinder hose fittings need to be 90's not 45's, the hoses are bending to much .
16 bales. Hopefully you'll get some venison
42 bails.
Gonna guess 33 bales since my first number was taken already
Good afternoon
