In my period kit I have: -Pads -Liners -Feminine wipes -Small disposable bag incase there is no trash can in the stall -Extra underwear -Period proof underwear -Snack (I also have an emergency kit with the other essentials but that's just my period kit)
@ ellie wells I have same in mine to but mine isn't this small like this girl mine is reasonable size kit and i allways restock when I run out of products I don't keep snacks in mine and I will not ever use a menstrual cup ever gross 🤢🤮
I allways pack 2 pairs of underwear and I allways carry pants in case it goes all the way through my clothes and 4 extra pairs of underwear I stain alot have since I got my 1st period I never had regular menstrual cycles only iregular menstrual cycles now mine are more regular and allways painful the only thing that works for me is depo provera injection every 3 months now I don't take depo but depo is good for women with bad periods u only have to take it every 3 months and if u take the depo provera injection u don't get menstrual cycles women I highly recommend it .

what i keep in my period kit as someone at the end of their 8th grade year pads with wings (as many as i can fit anywhere from 3-6) regular tampons (usually 5-8) panty liners (however many will fit after all that) if i can fit it i put in an extra pair of underwear hand sanitizer

Ideas for period kits because why not?? - Wipes -Tapmons & pads + more - Hand sanitizer - Extra underwear (cotton underwear is best so you can breath down there) - deodorant ( a specially if you are sport Also get spray deodorant because the other kind melts easily if it gets hot)
