IEEE InGARSS 2023: Young Professionals (YP) Events

This video includes the events organized by and for the Young Professionals (YP) at the 2023 IEEE India Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (InGARSS 2023) on December 11, 2023 at IIIT Bangalore (IIIT-B).
The events were organized by Aman Bagrecha (Galaxeye), Thiyaku S. (Satyukt Analytics), and Santhosh M (Blue Sky Analytics), and the prizes for the EO Earth Data Risk Challenge was sponsored by the IEEE GRSS YP.
Story Through Maps Challenge: The event aims to achieve one or more of the following objectives:
* Bring out creative ideas and cartographic skills
* Encourage story telling through maps
* Encourage use of GIS software to create maps
* Increase use of maps as a mode of communication
EO Earth Data Risk Challenge: This contest aims to raise awareness of nature and climate crises and to demonstrate the power of Earth Observation (EO) data in helping us better understand the environmental changes on Earth and find solutions to protect our planet. The contest is open to all students, young scientists, and engineers in the field of Geoscience and Remote Sensing.
