    I'm so happy you made this video! I've been moving my hoyas to Pon over the past several months and I love it. This video was really helpful in reassuring me what I'm doing right but also all the different reservoir set ups you went over that are new to me. I see this saving me a lot of time in the future!!
    Can you please share where you got your clear trellis? I can only find clear stakes but really want the Ո shaped trellis you had your Hoya on.

      Thanks so much for your kind comment. 🥰 I am glad I could help a little. 💚 The trellis was made by a local friend who happened to have acrylic cutter at the time. He doesn’t sell but I will ask if he is willing to make more. I did buy a lot and planned to sell but I ended up using most of it lol 😂 I will ask my friend though and I will make announcements sometime in my videos when I get an answer. 💚🙏

    Use saran wrap on the top of the cup and poke the cuttings through to hold in place.

    Do you pour the systemic granules on top of the pon or mix in the water reservoir? And about how much, for example in a 4 inch pot of pon? Thank you so much!! I love how thorough you've explained all of your processes! And I love your planty esthetic!

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy

      Hello Rebecca, I do pour half a teaspoon to 1 tsp. (depending on how big the pot is) into my reservoir and I just refill the reservoir and not adding more until badly needed. 💚Thanks for watching my videos! 🥹🥰

    I saw recently on one of your videos you had a hoya where the new leaves were coming in kinda unsightly. Instead of flat and smooth they were kinda rippled and almost textured looking. I don't remember the hoya or what video but you mentioned you weren't sure why the new leaves in your care were doing that. Did you figure it out? I now have 2 hoyas that are doing it and I hate the way it looks🫤 I'm guessing inconsistent watering maybe? But they're aren't any signs of edema so I'm perplexed.

      Hiiii, I remember that, I think it was my NGG, New Guinea Ghost. My suspicion was because of flat mites even though I didn’t see it because you can only see it with microscopes and I didn’t have it back then. The internet will suggest Sulfur spray but I just rinsed it, changed the substrate and sprayed with captain jacks dead brew. It stopped doing it and it’s thriving now. I would recommend checking for other bugs as well because aphids will do that too. You can catch them eating the newer leaves that’s why they can turn wonky as well and the aphids will move on to the next new leaf once the leaves harden. Systemic granules will take care of that. Isolate these plants from your collection and wash right away, you will wash off some whatever it is if it is bugs. I hope you can figure it out soon. 💚🤗

      Thank you. I don't think it's flat mites but I'll treat for them anyway. The plant came to me with 4 normal leaves and it's grown 6 wonky leaves thereafter. I have used systemic in the soil but it's been several months. I have another hoya next it it and it's normal? I guess I'll dig out my microscope.

    What is the clear plastic lining that holds the sub straight within the glass?

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy

      I forgot which ones but mostly something I thrifted, plastic cups or disposable cups.

    Can you reuse the pon? For example, clean it and add more when repotting to bigger pot?

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy

      Absolutely! You can reuse it over and over. I boil mine for 15 minutes for good measure some just rinse them off. ☺️

    Do you always leave water in the reservoir or do you let it go dry for a few days?

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy
      @plantandstylewithpeachy  4 місяці тому

      I always have water in the reservoir to keep the watering consistent. I find it easier to keep up with the reservoir if the key is to keep it filled rather than letting it dry. I tend to forget how long it has been dry more often than not and that caused more dry rot trouble for me. I think consistency is the key to happy plants. ☺️💚

    Is there a way you can prevent the algae other than covering the glass ? I love the look of it but not the algae.

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy
      @plantandstylewithpeachy  6 місяців тому

      I am still looking for solutions 😅. It doesn’t bother me as much anymore, as long as I can see easily if the plant needs water or not, I am fine with it. I just clean it as fast as I can, which is every couple of weeks. 😬

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy
      @plantandstylewithpeachy  4 місяці тому

      I found that letting your substrate too dry can cause more problems (dry rot) due to inconsistent watering so I try to keep up with the reservoir as much as possible. 😊

    Bonjour pour l’engrais vous faites comment ? Vos hoyas sont en Pons vous mettez de l’engrais dans de l’eau et vous arrosez et vous laissez l’eau avec l’engrais dans le pot combien de temps ? Merci

    • @plantandstylewithpeachy
      @plantandstylewithpeachy  9 місяців тому

      J'utilise de l'engrais "Foliage Pro Dyna Gro" à demi-dose à chaque arrosage et dans mon réservoir. Je le laisse simplement jusqu'à ce qu'il soit consommé. Je rince avec de l'eau une fois par mois ou chaque fois qu'il y a trop d'algues qui se sont formées.

      Le pons a de l’engrais pour 6 mois quand il y a plus d’eau dans le réservoir vous remplissez avec de l’engrais à demi dose et vous laisser toujours l’engrais jusqu’à que les racines est bu toute l’eau j’ai bien compris je vous remercie de m’avoir répondu
