It's not about Bollywood only. Every industry has Nepotism!! Be it Sanjay Dutt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sunny Deol, Allu Arjun, Pawan Kalyan, Fahadh Faasil, Dulqeer Salman and many others. The one who is relevant to the audience, who is capable enough to showcase his talent will always be there. And for that matter, every profession has nepotism, then why target only Bollywood or the Indian Film Industry.
But in South industry every big superstar like Mahesh, Prabhas and many more they always stood for youngsters and outsiders they help to promote movies but in Bollywood superstars demotivate youngsters

If someone have not promoted or did not gave them opportunity, would they have become so successful in theire career? See, you just cannot blame or justify on only one parameter.
