As a convert from Islam to Christianity and living in a Muslim majority country I feel this very heavily. The people of my country are so full of hate against anyone who is not Muslim. But the Lord is with me and I am protected by him I know that. ❤✝️

Pray to St. Phanourious, and for his mother. She was not a Christian, so he prays fervently for her soul and will understand your plight. He is a great intercessor and guide for the lost

This practically means, that we have to do the will of God (works), and bear fruit, fruit that will last. Do not compromise your inheritance by not abiding in Christ, and by not doing his will. Deny yourself, and follow him. Love God with all your might, but.. be close to him, and seek him, proactively, so you won't fall away, because you can absolutely fall away from the faith, and lose your salvation.

We are not worried about whether our families will die, because they will (why worry about that?). We are worried our families will die forever (without Jesus).
I am confused (2:54 to 3:40) the narrator asks of the lord to curse and show those who torment him God's wrath. However, I always pray for their salvation. Am I doing something wrong?
When this Psalm was written it was very common to view God as wrathful, but later when God became flesh through Jesus Christ he corrected this view by saying "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;" (Matthew 5:44)
