Lekker! i am learning Afrikaans, at the moment i'm thinking better in English. Can I say: activated the "automatic subtitles" on the video. I sensed it wasn't quite working when the "auto-generated" subtitles were billed as being in Dutch. Sure enough, whatever system they use to make sense of what was being said, so as to turn it into a subtitle, is struggling badly. It heard Afrikaans, but was trying to fit it into Dutch. So the subtitles are a bit of a dog's breakfast which is trying to fit Afrikaans into Dutch spelling and grammar, and every so often it gets really confused and puts your words into the nearest phonetic English words that fit. not sure what can be done about this, and it's a small thing -but subtitles are not fit for purpose, alas. Great video, though! Baie lekker.
