There are actually more male BTS fans than people give them credit for. I was just at their Vegas concert in April 2022 and there were honestly so many guys there that BTS made guys and gals compete who can cheer louder. The stadium roared like a football match when just the guys cheered.

Ddaeng is basically an ARMY anthem so they really have their own role in the song. Most KPop songs do - they insert things called Fanchants - but this was just ARMY’s inability to stay silent during the absolute banger that is Ddaeng.
no one loves the rapline songs more than the vocal line. They go crazy during practices hyping up the songs. They have been known to sneak on stage to headbang/dance to rapline songs. They always want to try rapping them and this time they let them do it. Adorable and they were so hyped and proud! If you like this then you must check out UGh which is another rapline song (that is my favorite although close tie with Ddaeng). I would suggest doing the lyric video then DKDKTV explanation. Not all their songs need the long explination it these two, Baepsae (a banger with all of them that is one of their social commentary political songs), and Spring Day are the 4 that you really really need the explanation vids.
This was awesome performance. A fun little present for the fans. A rapline song with all the members performing, with, the vocalists taking the center stage. The rappers taking the place of the hype men. My fav was RM who looked so proud, when Jungkook was SLAAAYYYING his verse. All around fantastic energy from the artists, fully reciprocated by the crowd. This performance is, in fact, a prime example of what BTS is all about. An awesome song performed to the 100%... And in return they get enveloped by the love of the people who adore them. It must have felt awesome to be there live

BTS don’t have opening acts. Just their music videos and the whole stadium is hype and sings along. You need concert earplugs. It’s so much energy and the atmosphere is extremely positive.

just FYI, ddaeng isn't in any bts albums, it was a song released kinda like a present to fans during bts' 2018 anniversary of the band, which is on June 13th (it's called Festa and they do like a week of content being released everyday) because it isn't in any albums, it's is not available on Spotify and normal music platforms, it's only available officially on soundcloud, like many other projects that they did similarly this also means that they don't perform this song on tours, they only did two performances of it, in their musters, which is a special one of a kind type of concert that usually ends the anniversary week I talked about this is the second time they performed ddaeng, the first one was in the 2018 muster after the song had just been released, and it was accurately performed like the original by the rap line (RM, jhope and suga) this one isn't a regular performance of the song because the vocal line (jimin, jin, V and jungkook) that rapped it, not the rappers like in the original, this is the second time we've seen this performed, in the 2019 muster, the last one before the pandemic the muster concerts are different because they do special performances like this, changing the roles of the members, dancing to songs that aren't theirs, doing someone's solo work but with all the members, doing songs they've never done live, etc, it's more of a fan event and doesn't have to do with the albums they released like a tour does suga has a solo song called daechwita that I think you'll like, it has a sick music video and they also did it live only one time in the 2021 online muster with all seven members edit: also, jungkook is considered a sub rapper in bts, he raps quite often in older songs, and jhope is considered a sub vocalist cuz he's a really good singer, but when we say vocal line and rap line it is that separation between jimin, jin, V and jungkook who are singers, and RM, jhope and suga who are rappers

The Vocal Line are the singers of the group, the rappers were supporting the vocal line, and ARMY's sang the fan chants and pretty much the whole song along with BTS. I'm super proud to be a part of BTS ARMY. I've been to two concerts now, on Dec. 2, 2021 at SoFi Stadium Day 4 in Los Angeles, and on April 15 & 16 (Days 3 & 4) at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Best concerts I have ever attended. I loved the experience at SoFi so much, that when the next concert came up, I told myself I would get Gold Live Play tickets for one day so I could experience that with ARMY's at least once (It was at MGM arena live streaming the concert). It was great 🤩 I highly recommend the live performance of Black Swan at SoFi Stadium. The back up dancers became a part of BTS during the dance introduction. As a matter of fact, Do Blue and Grey, also, because it flows directly into Black Swan right as it ends. Both songs are artistic masterpieces. Actually, in this one the vocal line members (Jimin, Jin, V and Jungkook) took over for the rappers parts on this live. RM, Suga, and J-Hope (the rap line) were there hyping up the vocalists. Jungkook is the only one that really rapped a lot in their earlier days, but is the Main Vocalist for the group. He was the last one to rap aside RM towards the end. V wanted to rap with them so bad, so he practiced a lot. He went right before Jungkook and Suga was there hyping him up. The crowd WAS going nuts because the Vocal Line doesn't usually rap much these days. This was totally fun and the vocalists did a fantastic job!
I was never a hip hop or rap fan until I heard BTS and watching them performinging their Cypher 4 live. The fan chants and participation tweaked my interest. Their light sticks and how hyped the fans were getting was something I haven't seen before. I never was a fan when at first rappers couldn't sing, play an instrument, and just rhymed words. When they started to use already popular song melody samples it turned me off even more! They can't even create their own music and beats and get famous and popular using someone else's hard work. BTS can sing AND dance which already showed me more talent than the majority of Western music artists Since I've found BTS they are still the ONLY rap/ hip hop artists I will listen to and look forward to hearing.
@@JohnReavesLive What attracted me to BTS was their first performance on the AMAs. They could sing AND dance! They were moving formations constantly while putting the lead singer in the spotlight. They did it so precisely. They are like watching an artist perform 3D as compared to rappers who just strut the stage speaking words, can't sing, and need backup dancers. These rappers expect people to pay for their whole concert watching them do the same thing and repeat? Every BTS song almost have their own choreography which takes a lot of practice! Just watching them you can see what song they are doing. They write and produce some of their own songs and in my opinion have the best 3 rappers in any one group and the 4 best vocalists in any one group. They are all so talented to be solo stars on their own but BTS is more than that. They are 7 super talented individuals who just so happen to belong to the Super Group BTS! They are like when you see the Marvel Universe heroes, Avengers Assemble!

I’m a metal head by birth but my daughter introduced me to BTS in 2018. I’ve been a HuGE fan of theirs ever since. We have seen them live 6 times and they are incredible. You must see them live if you ever get the chance. Yes, their concerts are a HUGE party! They perform for 2.5 hours and address the crowd afterwards but it always seems like an hour long show because time flies when you are having fun!

They have behind the scenes content and a lot of variety shows that show their friendship and good natured comradery - they are ultimate friendship goals. @@JohnReavesLive Their new album drops June 10. They will probably kick off a world tour in July or August. US dates will definitely be on the list. My guess is they will start on the East Coast this time since they held their most recent concerts in LA and Las Vegas. Though they may start in Korea first and then come to the States. I’ve been to 4 of their shows so far: Rose Bowl in 2019, LA in 2021, and 2 shows in Vegas last month.

BTS functions like a sports team or rock band, where each band member holds different positions. “Vocal line” refers to the 4 vocalists (Jin, Jimin, V, Jungkook). Ddaeng is a song by the “Rap line” (RM, Suga, J-Hope). This live performance is just a goofy one where the 4 vocalists try to rap Ddaeng on stage (to varying success, sorry Jin and Jimin), with assists from the 3 rappers

I’m sure you’ll do the main vocalist jungkook video at some point since I’ve seen others request it on a lot of videos as well. There’s just a lot of content so it can easily be overwhelming. There is no better video to see the heart and soul of jungkook and his passion for singing, his music and his art. Lol Jin is a terrible rapper😆 love this vocal line performance of Ddaeng. One of my all time fave BTS tracks. JK actually slays RM’s part, he rapped a fair bit on their first few albums 2013-2014 and hopefully will on the next album coming next month. We’ve been waiting for a rapper JK comeback lol

Sadly the mics of the vocal line were rly low in this epic performance.. the vocañ line is singing most of it, and rm, suga and jhope are hyping them. Also, I hear the other members in the background and the crowd but not back tracking, they sometimes have backtracking which has nothing wrong, but in this one I don't hear it

They have Dionysus which is performed in MMA(Melon Music Awards) 2019 and DNA the la mix I prefer it to the original that is rock and they have performed it also live the rock version of DNA and then there's Fake Love which is an emo rock song but has as well another music video with a more rock version. And in their early discography they used a lot of rock elements in hip hop tracks. Suga uses rock elements a lot in his work as well.

Ddaeng is basically an ARMY anthem so they really have their own role in the song. Most KPop songs do - they insert things called Fanchants - but this was just ARMY’s inability to stay silent during the absolute banger that is Ddaeng.
I think it adds to the song and the performance like if the crowd is going nuts it makes the performer go harder too
no one loves the rapline songs more than the vocal line. They go crazy during practices hyping up the songs. They have been known to sneak on stage to headbang/dance to rapline songs. They always want to try rapping them and this time they let them do it. Adorable and they were so hyped and proud! If you like this then you must check out UGh which is another rapline song (that is my favorite although close tie with Ddaeng). I would suggest doing the lyric video then DKDKTV explanation. Not all their songs need the long explination it these two, Baepsae (a banger with all of them that is one of their social commentary political songs), and Spring Day are the 4 that you really really need the explanation vids.

This was awesome performance. A fun little present for the fans. A rapline song with all the members performing, with, the vocalists taking the center stage. The rappers taking the place of the hype men. My fav was RM who looked so proud, when Jungkook was SLAAAYYYING his verse. All around fantastic energy from the artists, fully reciprocated by the crowd. This performance is, in fact, a prime example of what BTS is all about. An awesome song performed to the 100%... And in return they get enveloped by the love of the people who adore them. It must have felt awesome to be there live

just FYI, ddaeng isn't in any bts albums, it was a song released kinda like a present to fans during bts' 2018 anniversary of the band, which is on June 13th (it's called Festa and they do like a week of content being released everyday)
because it isn't in any albums, it's is not available on Spotify and normal music platforms, it's only available officially on soundcloud, like many other projects that they did similarly
this also means that they don't perform this song on tours, they only did two performances of it, in their musters, which is a special one of a kind type of concert that usually ends the anniversary week I talked about
this is the second time they performed ddaeng, the first one was in the 2018 muster after the song had just been released, and it was accurately performed like the original by the rap line (RM, jhope and suga)
this one isn't a regular performance of the song because the vocal line (jimin, jin, V and jungkook) that rapped it, not the rappers like in the original, this is the second time we've seen this performed, in the 2019 muster, the last one before the pandemic
the muster concerts are different because they do special performances like this, changing the roles of the members, dancing to songs that aren't theirs, doing someone's solo work but with all the members, doing songs they've never done live, etc, it's more of a fan event and doesn't have to do with the albums they released like a tour does
suga has a solo song called daechwita that I think you'll like, it has a sick music video and they also did it live only one time in the 2021 online muster with all seven members
edit: also, jungkook is considered a sub rapper in bts, he raps quite often in older songs, and jhope is considered a sub vocalist cuz he's a really good singer, but when we say vocal line and rap line it is that separation between jimin, jin, V and jungkook who are singers, and RM, jhope and suga who are rappers

The Vocal Line are the singers of the group, the rappers were supporting the vocal line, and ARMY's sang the fan chants and pretty much the whole song along with BTS. Normally, the Rap Line or rappers of the group would be the ones rapping this song with out the vocal line.

I'm super proud to be a part of BTS ARMY. I've been to two concerts now, on Dec. 2, 2021 at SoFi Stadium Day 4 in Los Angeles, and on April 15 & 16 (Days 3 & 4) at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Best concerts I have ever attended. I loved the experience at SoFi so much, that when the next concert came up, I told myself I would get Gold Live Play tickets for one day so I could experience that with ARMY's at least once (It was at MGM arena live streaming the concert). It was great 🤩
I highly recommend the live performance of Black Swan at SoFi Stadium. The back up dancers became a part of BTS during the dance introduction. As a matter of fact, Do Blue and Grey, also, because it flows directly into Black Swan right as it ends. Both songs are artistic masterpieces. Make sure you watch Blue and Grey before you watch the concert performance. I will link a performance for you with English subtitles for you to react to first. V wrote the song for his mixtape, but the members loved it and said it had to be included in their album 'BE'. Then they added to it and there you go 💜

Actually, in this one the vocal line members (Jimin, Jin, V and Jungkook) took over for the rappers parts on this live. RM, Suga, and J-Hope (the rap line) were there hyping up the vocalists. Jungkook is the only one that really rapped a lot in their earlier days, but is the Main Vocalist for the group. He was the last one to rap aside RM towards the end. V wanted to rap with them so bad, so he practiced a lot. He went right before Jungkook and Suga was there hyping him up. The crowd WAS going nuts because the Vocal Line doesn't usually rap much these days. This was totally fun and the vocalists did a fantastic job!

I was never a hip hop or rap fan until I heard BTS and watching them performinging their Cypher 4 live.
The fan chants and participation tweaked my interest. Their light sticks and how hyped the fans were getting was something I haven't seen before.
I never was a fan when at first rappers couldn't sing, play an instrument, and just rhymed words. When they started to use already popular song melody samples it turned me off even more! They can't even create their own music and beats and get famous and popular using someone else's hard work.
BTS can sing AND dance which already showed me more talent than the majority of Western music artists
Since I've found BTS they are still the ONLY rap/ hip hop artists I will listen to and look forward to hearing.

@@JohnReavesLive What attracted me to BTS was their first performance on the AMAs. They could sing AND dance! They were moving formations constantly while putting the lead singer in the spotlight. They did it so precisely. They are like watching an artist perform 3D as compared to rappers who just strut the stage speaking words, can't sing, and need backup dancers. These rappers expect people to pay for their whole concert watching them do the same thing and repeat?
Every BTS song almost have their own choreography which takes a lot of practice! Just watching them you can see what song they are doing. They write and produce some of their own songs and in my opinion have the best 3 rappers in any one group and the 4 best vocalists in any one group. They are all so talented to be solo stars on their own but BTS is more than that. They are 7 super talented individuals who just so happen to belong to the Super Group BTS!

I’m a metal head by birth but my daughter introduced me to BTS in 2018. I’ve been a HuGE fan of theirs ever since. We have seen them live 6 times and they are incredible. You must see them live if you ever get the chance. Yes, their concerts are a HUGE party! They perform for 2.5 hours and address the crowd afterwards but it always seems like an hour long show because time flies when you are having fun!

@@JohnReavesLive Their new album drops June 10. They will probably kick off a world tour in July or August. US dates will definitely be on the list. My guess is they will start on the East Coast this time since they held their most recent concerts in LA and Las Vegas. Though they may start in Korea first and then come to the States. I’ve been to 4 of their shows so far: Rose Bowl in 2019, LA in 2021, and 2 shows in Vegas last month.

BTS functions like a sports team or rock band, where each band member holds different positions. “Vocal line” refers to the 4 vocalists (Jin, Jimin, V, Jungkook). Ddaeng is a song by the “Rap line” (RM, Suga, J-Hope). This live performance is just a goofy one where the 4 vocalists try to rap Ddaeng on stage (to varying success, sorry Jin and Jimin), with assists from the 3 rappers

People from more western culture mind sets see “main vocalist” and think it means just has more lines or something when that’s not even close to so much behind the scenes that he does or is responsible for. It’s such an eye opening video when you hear from the members, staff and other producers bts has worked with… it’s the best look at that role I’ve ever seen and Ida s is def the go to for anything jungkook lol dance evolution, artistic side of jk, athletic side of jk, vlive streaming moments of him singing acapella or with the music, dance evolution, rap compilation, the golden maknae video , all his English covers and Korean ones… just the best for anything jk related!

Lol Jin is a terrible rapper😆 love this vocal line performance of Ddaeng. One of my all time fave BTS tracks. JK actually slays RM’s part, he rapped a fair bit on their first few albums 2013-2014 and hopefully will on the next album coming next month. We’ve been waiting for a rapper JK comeback lol

The whole band was on stage. So, vocal line (Jin, Jimin, Taehyung, Jungkook) are the ones that are rapping in this video. RM shares his verse with Jungkook, JHope shares his with Jimin (first guy) and Jin (second), and Suga shares his with Taehyung. Now we need to get you better acquainted with the vocal line!!

Sadly the mics of the vocal line were rly low in this epic performance.. the vocañ line is singing most of it, and rm, suga and jhope are hyping them.
Also, I hear the other members in the background and the crowd but not back tracking, they sometimes have backtracking which has nothing wrong, but in this one I don't hear it

They have Dionysus which is performed in MMA(Melon Music Awards) 2019 and DNA the la mix I prefer it to the original that is rock and they have performed it also live the rock version of DNA and then there's Fake Love which is an emo rock song but has as well another music video with a more rock version. And in their early discography they used a lot of rock elements in hip hop tracks. Suga uses rock elements a lot in his work as well.
