I actually feel bad for Franklin. His tale and struggle at times reminds me of CJ, especially with him trying to get out of the hood to move on to better things. If anything it's other people that keep dragging him down, particularly Lamar, who kinda resembles Sweet with all his rambling of the hood and such

@@erikvannik5208 Well, to be fair Lamar has been compared to both Sweet and Trevor.
He resembles Sweet because (at the time, not counting the events of GTA Online) he couldn't leave the hood, was always getting into trouble over gang problems and never seemed to focus on trying to do rise like Franklin did, which is parallel to CJ's struggle
And as for Trevor, well it's obvious, both of them love to cause trouble and are generally chaotic, much to the chagrin of their less chaotic friends

At least in GTA Online he made it big and became the CEO of his own company, reunited with his girlfriend and later became his wife and have a family in Vinewood Hills. He still keeps in touch with Lamar while still involved in his shenanigans, but it’s much less tense and rather comedic seeing them bicker after a long time. Also Lamar is moving up with his new product so in a way he’s changing too.

Franklin has great Respect to his Homies no matter what he's been through he always got his Homie's back and the Homies got Franklin's Back as well he never give up on Friendship and always stay friends with them no matter what.😎👍
