Needs to move on. Hard to come back from all that water under the Sheridan Bridge. No one wants to be honest and admit that Costner was not 100% committed to YS. He had his Horizon iron in the fire; Taylor had multiple irons too. But he was in charge.

I always turn my close captioning on so I can read what he says bc I can't ever hear that low, almost growling, rasp! But I don't mind as long as KC stays at Yellowstone
1883 with Harrison Ford as John Dutton, has the same deep, raspy voice. Costner being a direct descendant carries the "voice genetics". It blends the two series and I love both actors and their voices.

I concur. Mr Costner effect that voice when portraying John Dutton . He changes his voice in most of his work. He inhabits the role and expresses himself accordingly. Ive enjoyed Kevins portrayal of JD. I got to see his career trajectory! I cant wait to see the Horizon Series! He is hitting a Peak in his illustrious career!
