Yes...many sites states so...but seems contradictory and illogical...how can non members join the jt sitting? After dissolution of the house they lose the membership immediately
@@POLSCHELP sir, it means new members will seat in joint sitting / and when they come after election and if date of joint sitting is earlier than election then in that case this date was announced during time when when MPs were member of house.
