Even then it's still more advanced than anything Batman with prep times made :P

However there's a Thanos mimic in DC, Darksaid, i'm aware darkseid is weak compared to Thanos, but he's much stronger than Batman and anyway Batman can win over Darkside with a good given time to prepare.
Just as the avengers, Batman would lose his first encounter but certainly would have a great come back (considering that he wouldn't become ashes)

Batman is a better skilled fighter, but the difference in strength and speed is so huge that Spider-Man would be toying with Batman. It's a little unfair.

Batmans one advantage is stealth, and Spider-Man can easily combat it with spider sense. If Spider-Man can defeat Vulture, Scorpion, and Ock Doc all at once, you bet he could beat Batman.
