Yes bro, you can easily upgrade your CPU to a ryzen 9 or 7 and also upgrade your GPU accordingly... You can pair 3080, 4080 easily...however PSU is something you may need to upgrade

Used Razer cloud both personally I prefer Razer v2 if comfort is your priority but if you want good sounding headphones with a good sound stage go with cloud 2 or any hyper x headphones they haveore detail in mid and lows

I have been using eksa e900 pro for last one year, it was working fine, but recently, i noticed , while using usb c connection, audio is only coming from left side, 3.5mm jack connection works fine, but if u want to use the mic, then u need to use usb c with it.
If it's under warranty, try reaching out to customer care
