Saxon, Denim & Leather, Leeds 13 03 2024

Paul Quin played guitar with Saxon from 1975 until he retired from touring last year. He came out to play this song with the band and you can see the camaraderie and respect, even though Biff tells the crowd not to encourage him too much as he'd want paying. In the early days, Biff would drive his motorcycle to Radio Aire where I did a rock show in Leeds in the early eighties. He did this three times and each conversation was solid gold. Long may they reign as Yorkshire Rock Gods.
