The product is easy to use and does a good job as long as it is kept clean & well maintained🌼 We have pets & using it daily has definitely worked well insuring that our floors both low carpet & tile are kept clean.
Great informative review. My model is the mt820 which doesn't come with the mopping options. Well at least mine didn't come with none of that but now its rotating brush for whatever reason is rotating backwards so it spits out the dirt and then the brush stops. Anyone has any tips?

I didn't like them--the dry pad has no depth so if it picks up a chunk of something, like dry cat food, then it pushes it around or drags it around the floor. The wet pad wasn't very absorbent so left streaks and wheel marks.*
