Any substance that changes one’s brain chemistry and/or alters one’s mood or state of consciousness is a drug. That is just science, man. Now there is a HUGE difference between “drug” and “narcotic” which I’m guessing is probably close to a point that you’re trying to make? Example would be where heroin is a dangerous drug/ narcotic where as cannabis is a benign and extremely less harmful drug. Just putting that out there. Caffeine is a drug ffs.
