First time I had seen an ice axe morphed with a ski pole was on Denali back in 2010, when a famous French female skier made a speed ascent/descent on skis. Now you can buy it from, e.g. Black Diamond (Whippet ski pole)

How steep is the slope?
We haven't measured exactly, but I'd say around 50-55° on the steepest section.
Cool video. How wide are your skis? Look about 92-95.
