Prior to watching this video, I listened and looked at Taeyeon and Chen singing the same song "Breathe" and I saw the difference even if all three are very good singers. It's the emotions and facial expressions plus the "feels" that Taeyeon and Jonghyun brought to the song. It's not only because they were interpreting the song of lovers who broke up and ended their relationship, but also because both were comfortable with each other despite the sadness of the song. That I think is the reason why Chen is not at that level yet. Maybe he has not experienced being in love and broken-hearted. I miss Jonghyun suddenly!
Please don't Judge jonghyun!! You guys really make so mad jonghyun he's singing better so much and he have a strong voice , but he had an accident that he broke his nose and that effect him when he sing, and jonghyun he in sm ballad 3years and taeyeon this her first in sm ballad so don't compare between them!! If want really want to hear jonghyun voice he really done a high notes in this song "hot time" sm ballad and the other song lucifer ,sherlock, a lot of songs

This is beautiful and they both look and sound amazing. I'm still pretty disappointed by the lack of connection, they need to look at each other more when the harmonize, especially taeyeon
They are the pro of the pros, if the concept is needed be to look at each other, they will give the most convincing glare, its all a matter of concept packaging rather than incompetency (Tae Yeon had so many duets with various artists, I don't think she would lack the skill on that area of "connecting")

Jonghyun did fine here. didn't get time to sleep of his latework DJ show he get less sleep times so he is tired , this would be fine as i know jonghyun is Great live singer if it hadn't been in the sitution as well SHINee are known n recongition of Live King of KPoP u should know it

i particularly like a duet performance 'taeyeon' sang with 'park hyo shin' in the past - "snow flower"... i think taeyeon is the type in which the guy has to follow and adapt to her flow coz she is so use to being the lead vocal lol...
I think the reason why taeyeon doesn't look at jonghyun is because taeyeon said backstage that he was her music boyfriend. Then after that she started getting shy.
