I'd be interested in their thoughts on "Simmers" using their products "pirated" today like they did 20 yrs ago? Not something that you can really complain about it, if you did it 20 ys ago.. Support the Good developers. But there are developers like CaptainS**t that are there for ripping ppl off just for the money & dont care about the quality.. I only bought the Std version at £41 on a black friday deal.. But I feel sorry for the people who could have paid £120 for Premium deluxe & in 2024 then will be expected to pay again for software that they have been told they will get in the end.. "We are working on it"
I'll bite. There's a significant difference between a kid in a country where you CANNOT buy legit media, from an entitled adult convincing themselves that it's perfectly OK to pirate software "just because". It's not "more ok" to pirate from developers you feel are inferior to others. Staying away from their products is a much better approach. Ultimately there is a market for those add-ons too, and those users deserve to have easy to use basic aircraft available to them. Unless you'd just rather see the hobby die. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ //e
@@Parallel42I just thought it was odd that U both highlighted it. As I said support the good developers & stay away from the rubbish one's that know there's nothing you can do when they have got yr money.. Back in those days I bought FS 2000 & FS2002 & FS2004 I think.. Like I said in the rest of the comments, I bought FS2020 when it was £41 & bought the airports I wanted on offer.. I knew to keep away from the Captain S's of the world..
@@robh8814 I don't think it was "highlighted". It's simply part of my story. I was asked how I got into flight sim, that's exactly how. Today we deliver top tier add-ons, these dot's would not have connected had it not been for that trip to the street market. //e
This company has definitely left the flight simulator genre and is trying to make a video game with every new release they do stating with the SkyPark. So sad.
I personally dont think they are trying to make a game out of the sim. People play the sim/game in may different ways. For example, Skypark is simply a way to use the sim, taking jobs and flying with a purpose. They have a full plane they developed as well. I am by no means associated with //42 and have not been told to say any of this, but they are definitely passionate about what they do.
@@NickFlightX I’m sure there passion for what they do is there. I just don’t see any flight simulation of planes in a dune buggy or camping accessories. They have made a plane, although they also supported flight sims with their ChasePlane system. Both seem to be in the past now and moving forwards to appease kid gamers as they state in the video. It’s just sad I feel that flight simmers are losing out the use of their ChasePlane app because it’s going ONLY in MFS.
@@AdamJPestridgebad take. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it’s “not correct”. I’ve never used a Parallel42 product but I’m not offended, like you appear to be, that they are developing the products they are. Chase plane isn’t a necessity with the MSFS2020 camera system. You need to adapt, like //42 has.
@@3snowyman where did I say I was offended? I said it was SAD to see their change of course direction for their company from what they are known for, thats it. Why is there an issue with that statement. Are you offended by what Ive said?
Is this for GTA?

Won’t be backing these guys anymore. I’m a flight simmer at heart, not a gamer.
Let me handover a tissue to you.

@AdamJPestridge Damn all this commercial pilots who fly for an airline and fly with passengers. They are no real pilots... They are just workers!
