If you look at Adrian's channel he's always discovering or finding out about new combos or mechanics. Like when Riven used to be able to cancel cc, and different variations of double cast. The only ingenious thing I've seen BoxBox using is the q jump backwards from placing a Ward. Heck, Shy even has a combo named after him.
