    Why doesn't the Sales Invoice No. in shopify order list update after posting? Is there no option to send invoice document to shopify so that the client could see it?

    If I put shipping fees to the item, how will these fees sync or come from Shopify to Business Central?

    Lovely. Thank you for the information. What happened if we processed the order on shopify level, will D365 get sync'd as well?

      Hi, Shopify's integration with Business Central is to allow back office operations, and so you would not typically process the orders from Shopify. Processing an order on Shopify will not post the order in Business Central. If you have a more complex requirement, we suggest discussing this with your partner or giving us a call for a more detailed discussion.

    If i creat specific customer list in BC, can that be synced with B2C Shopify? Or do I need a B2B Shopify

    How do we apply a different tax area code for shipping charges, or specific items/item categories? In Canada we only charge GST for services, but the auto-created sales orders apply the same tax area code to all line-items. It seems like an oversight for Canada and the US.
