I knew coming in that Dima wouldn't be #1 cause I agree that there were better songs...but 14!!!! Dude!!! I also have to say that I really appreciate the work you do for these videos and bringing this taste of Eurovision to those of us across the pond. As a Canadian, I never got to see any of the really low entries, mostly the top 10's in the early 2010's. Being able to hear the good and bad of the entire entry list from a single year is awesome. Thank you.

I think this video is perhaps closer to a more acceptable result. The disparity between the actual results and the backup juries is what forced them to reintroduce juries - the British commentator, Terry Wogan, was so upset with the result he quit the contest there and then.

I agree on a few things with you here: 1. The UK's performance was severely underrated and should not have been last. 2. Switzerland should have also qualified. 3. Sweden's entry is pretty good but I think Sweden was banking too heavily on Charlotte Perelli since she's a previous winner.
While sometimes your rankings make me want to punch myself and everything around it I admire how you put songs based on your opinon and are not afraid to show it even though most other people would disagree its help me put songs were I would put them even if others would call me crazy or weird for doing so. Thank you for making the eurovision community more open-minded and show that music is truly subjective! ~ P.S I agree norway this year was amazing sassy and one of my favourites in ESC
Iceland is my winner for that year with Switzerland and Norway as 2nd and 3rd. Kinda surprised Denmark is 2nd, since as I remember it's often ranked somewhere in the middle. Liked that song for my country that year, but would probably rank it somewhere between 10th and 15th. I respect your opinion, we all have our favorites and difference in which songs that speak to us.

I'm from Bosnia but the song was really awful, nothing beats "Lejla" from 2006, Hari did an amazing performance. I liked Albania from 2008, Iceland and Sweden. ❤️
Norway was one of the best songs from ESC 2008, and Simon Mathew from Denmark also did a great performance. 💖💖

Tengo que decir que cometes varias contradicciones, como valorar negativamente a algunos países por mala vocalidad y sin embargo salvas a Eslovenia y Suiza, que desafinaron bastante (aunque este último sea un buen cantante probado). También consideras estupideces a Estonia, Bosnia&H. y España (totalmente de acuerdo) y sin embargo justificas a Irlanda y ... ¿¿¿Letonia en 9ª posición???
