    I find these tiny coffins and their contents very intriguing, indeed! What a mysterious group of artifacts!

    Such an amazing video! I like this style of showing science in an exciting way. Looks like a trailer for a Hollywood movie.

    Having researched the history and archaeology of Edinburgh there are several details that should be added:
    The original name of Arthur's Seat is "Craggenmarbh" or "The Rock of the Dead Man". The Romans called the area PAESIDIVM CAMULOSESSA or "The Fort by the Seat of Camulos".
    The figures are male but nearly all of Burke and Hare's victims were women.

    Very intriguing! I do wood burning, & have come to really appreciate wood artistry. I thought of a couple more theories about these. Sad that we will likely never know their true story, but at least we can enjoy seeing these cute (though rather macabre) little figures from long ago.
