I’m happy for you man. I bought my Supra right when I turned 21 and currently just turned 23. Still use it as a daily. Thankfully my insurance is super cheap at $150 a month for full coverage. But I’m debating on getting a gr86 soon and use that as more of a daily and keep the Supra as more of a weekend car.
@@JoePOV For sure man!! I thankfully have a radar detector but I’ve gotten close to getting caught a couple times. 😭 Such a great car though, just subbed!
could you make video on what you do for living to be able to afford this kind of car, and living alone at your age? i subbed and liked this vid since it is the first video i discovered of you, i'm not sure if it's to late of a comment.
@@JoePOVI’d disagree yes underneath it’s a bmw but once they stop production I think they’ll be more sought out and go up in value it’s rumored they are already stopping production for the 2.0
I just turned 23 and I make about 70k a year. Been using it as a daily for about 2 years now, so if you have a good enough down payment you should be solid.
Yea I didnt think it was bad. Its hard to find a white 2020 with a clean title and under 40,000 miles (stock as well). Def possible to get an even better deal, but I wanted one this summer and didnt wanna wait any longer
@@JoePOV same here. It may be a different experience for you! I don’t have any tickets and I was so ready for that discount and it was literally less than $20
@JoePOV Well, I've been alive for a very long time and have been an automobile enthusiast since they were first invented. And from all this experience driving, working on, and repairing cars, I can say without doubt, bmw is one of the most unreliable expensive to repair brands on the planet next to Fiat, Dodge and Chrysler. And even being that Toyota, the most reliable brand in history worked with bmw to create this sheep in wolf's clothing, they didn't have much to do with bringing over their materials and reliability with proven build quality. If you look on the block of the engine, it says bmw...so the reliability enjoyed by being a Toyota owner isn't present and will show its head in the coming years...enjoy it while under warranty but get rid of it as soon as your done.
22 large down on 47K is almost half. And you got it used. You can’t lose.
I am 22 years old and I have just started working as a truck driver, I plan to buy it in 2025.
Def achievable trucking is a great job. Good luck bro!
@@JoePOV thank youuu❤️🙌
congrats dude! i bought mine 4 years ago brand new at the age of 22 and was able to pay it off early! anything is possible man. keep it up!
Thats awesome bro!
Prices are all over the place for this car so glad I found this video
I’d get one while you can. One more year of production until it’s over so I can imagine this will go up in value overtime.
Thanks for the info I’m 22 and gonna trade my 2022 civic sport in for a Supra
How?? what you do for work?? if you dont mind me asking
Same imma trade my 23 civic sport in too
Love the transparency bro ! i had a 2021 when i was 22 also and now im 24 and traded the supra for a 2021 c63 almost a year ago !
Thats awesome bro! My buddy has a c63 they are a nice car for sure!
I’m happy for you man.

How’s about a video talking about your POV setup?
GoPro 10 with a hat clip :)
lol you drive the same way i do with the steering wheel, and i do plan to get one as well
Fr its the most comfortable way lol and yes go buy one they are too much fun when you add a downpipe and tune!

@@Joker5Gho5t posting later on today!
Nice car dude
Thank you :)
Congrats bro so what do you do for a living and do you still live with your parents just wondering
I live on my own and I do freelance graphic design for a living. I posted a video on that about 1-2 months ago go explaining a bunch of that stuff
How r u liking in bro? Im in the same boat 21 rn looking for a mk5 or a f82 m4 . The b58 been reliable for u?
I love it bro. The b58 is a tank of an engine
the b58 is one of the most reliable gas engines in the world right now, arguably one of bmws best engines ever made. Reliability is not an issue
a video on how you make your money would be awesome bro
posted a few weeks ago go check my channel :)
i wish my supra was 47k... I bought it brand new supra and it was double your amount 😅
Sadly I dont think these cars will hold their value...

What year is your Supra
@@Dd-mt5ol 2020
Would it be personal to ask how much you make? I’m 23 and looking to trade in my ‘18 wrx for a Supra and make near 70 so unsure if I should
I’d be at a similar level as you as I’d get 18kish for my subie and save up 7k on the side to add on
Near 70K a year and 18K on the on the subie bro ur good pull the trigger!!

Wait? Did you say 2016 Audi A3 for $7.5K? What did you have on mileage? 1 million miles?
97K I believe
You actually did a pretty good deal
Yea I didnt think it was bad. Its hard to find a white 2020 with a clean title and under 40,000 miles (stock as well). Def possible to get an even better deal, but I wanted one this summer and didnt wanna wait any longer
How did they put a price on you Audi if you didn’t show up yet
Gave them the VIN and the mileage
Mine got totaled but mine costed more than yours for a 2021
too bad its totaled
@@JoePOV sadly yes I got screwed by dealers😭too. love your Supra since it looks identical to the one I had😼🤟🏼
How much you make to afford this?
I used my 2023 tax numbers which was $65K
So roughly $1200/month the first year and $950/month thereafter?
I pay $440 a month for the car and roughly $350 for insurance. Insurance is on the higher end I have 2 speeding tickets and im no 25 years old :/
@@JoePOVas a 27 year old, I can tell you that 25 discount didn’t take off much at all. At least in my case

this is a mk5 premium 3.0?
Yes
Who cares what your payments are on a mass produced car the looses value everytime you drive it.
We are talking about payments not the resale value?
4cyl supra?
Na its the 3.0
8.4 interest rate dude good damm you have bad credit????
