I'm always delighted when the young guys of today play the old rags of yesterday. So much fun!! Good music will never die. Keep on rocking! Cheers from Austria, Europe.
@@moonstoneriders7664 you guys deserve millions of clicks. Let me tell you that I am 70 and still rocking. I started with the other Stones in 68 ... :)

Three Dog Night's never easy to nail, especially vocal hermonies. Superbly covered and your keyboard player is an absolute wizard with many spells. Lol. Peace.

Excellent! I like the guitar player's Frankenstrat (looks like it started life as a mid-80s Ibanez Roadstar.) Cool vocalist, tight drummer and bass player, and that keyboard player....!
Thank you! Correct, it is an Ibanez Roadstar 2. Tele pickup on the bridge, strat middle pickup, and a tele neck pickup. But it’s wired like a tele and the tone knob is a blender for the middle pickup
@@moonstoneriders7664 Thanks for replying. I really like your playing - especially your rhythm playing which is getting to be a lost art IMO. If I get to Florida this summer, I'll drop by one of your shows. Take Care.
Awesome transition, cover, vocals, you guys are an excellent unit.thanks best cup of coffee and Doobie wake I had in a while if y'all ever play in southeast Texas bmt area I'll be there with my band to support
How did I get here? ...well... Mama Told Me Not To Come but it kinda started with the weird-dee opening of "Monk" on TV - which got me wondering on that Randy Newman guy, keyboard-song writer, who's song got really poplar when sung by Cory Wells of Three Dog Night with guitarist Michael Allsup and keyman Jimmy Greenspoon with bass player Joe Schermie and set dude Floyd Sneed - great song, but ... an Absolute Amazing Performance by Moonstone Riders WOW
I found you guys on UA-cam a few months back. I am so glad I did. You guys are so tight!! Your covers are awesome. Y’all need to be heard more, as you are all excellent musicians!! Brilliant! fabulous band, great players. Really good bassist and a great sound coming from his Stingray. Is he going through a Quilter amp? Best wishes from the UK
@@moonstoneriders7664 Sounds like the real deal, wonderful. I play a stingray going into a Origin bassrig super vintage pre amp and then into the Quilter bass block 800 and don't sound anywhere near as good! Guess its all in the playing skills which i haven't got 😂
