Some people say I think too much but I say lots of people don't think enough. Planning things out and analyzing them isn't bad. It may stress you out some but it helps you solve your problems far more than ignoring it. Even if it doesn't solve anything I like the feeling of having sorted things out in my mind better than not, to have formed some sort of understanding. Eventually I think after thinking enough about almost anything you can push through it. I've been thinking about religion a ton for the past few months and I feel like I've finally come to a conclusion from it after lots of research, analyzing and comparing things. I finally feel like the stress I had is gone because before it just felt like a lot of unknowns. I finally have some certainty now that I've never had before.
I personally see thinking too much about something can be a problem. Thinking about what-ifs when you should be worrying about one thing at a time. Not a string of maybes. Relying on your mind too much can lead you to this negative internal dialogue back and forth. From experience the best thing for me was to listen to my body and allow my mind and soul to operate harmoniously. A lot of people these days exist in a state that detaches mind from body and that serves nothing but to provide a schizophrenic mindset.
