This is wild -- I didn't know stems existed for third strike. I'd love to hear some of the background instrumentation on ibuki's stage theme. There's some musical ideas in her 3s track that I never could get a great handle on because of the original's mixing, so having an isolate would be awesome.
You must revive the soundtrack from hudson soft's jackie chan's action kung fu for NES and PC engine . The pc version is the closest arrangement that we had. That soundtrack is a hidden jewel. You are the chosen one.

@8BeatsVGM 3rd strike is the only arcade game that sounds worse on arcade then home. Hyper sf2 sounds rly bad, new gen and 2nd impact sound good on arcade. Alpha 2 and alpha 1 sound better on arcade then the home versions.
I cant promisse as i don't extract the 3rd strike instruments myself, check description for more info. I depend on him for the source material and for now the focus is 3rd strike.

Is it posible to do the ast version? That version sounds a look cleaner but its not arcade harware so im asuming not?
I’m p sure with the ast, you’d have to track down the original samples and midi’s used vs. the arcade hardware having those built in the game’s code
