There are a number of Mongolian stations on these frequencies, but I can't personally match them up (or understand much, aside from the fact it is almost certainly in the Mongolian-speaking region, not in the Zhuang region). But I would imagine this one is a single or double hop instead of being from the triple hop region.
88.2 didn't sound like Mandarin
The language sounds very interesting. It certainly doesn't sound like Mandarin, as the previous commentor suggested. I wonder if it's Mongolian?
