Great job! You need to gather students first into the course to make it more discoverable. There are different strategies for that like via promotions, etc. You need to search for udemy marketing tips in UA-cam. 👍

I haven't used heygen yet. I would suggest for you to email udemy support to get their approval. They also allow you to send a test video so that they can give you feedback if it's ok or not 👍

While quick and cost-free course creation solutions are fantastic, looking into other tools may help you find ones that better fit your needs and have more capabilities.
I would still recommend Pictory as in my experience it's a pretty reliable tool. You should try it yourself for a couple of videos to assess if it's right for you since it's free 👍
