I’ve lived in Balloch for 14 years, it is a beautiful place. I prefer walking through the parks in the winter though! A lot quieter and very refreshing!
I would cycle from Glasgow to balloch with 2 friends.go to where you get the loch cruise .Hire a row boat called the Polly for bout 3hrs.row down the leven to the loch.would return get the train back to Glasgow. This wouldn't be 1969.I'm 67 now.happy days.
Stayed in Balloch for few days when attending a wedding at Loch Lomond lovely place with great walks, well worth a visit 😊❤
