  • The Captain Cook collection is Rado's divewatch line-up. The collection is growing and one of the newer additions is a very modern yet warm and historic inspired automatic chronograph. This watch is a tough and very accurate divewatch. All the details in this in-depth full review. [RE-UPLOAD].

Bought one back in July -22. Love it!

Nice! If I did not own over a dozen watches from low end to high end, I would consider it.

This is a really nice piece. A more affordable version of an Omega Seamaster Chrono, but this has a fully lumed bezel and I love the red date . I would prefer that the main chrono seconds hand to be lumed. I do a fair amount of snorkeling and have a Doxa 300 T-Graph as well as a couple of Deep Blues and an NTH. Nice review.

Honestly, if you're looking for a chronograph diver in the 4k range, I can't think of any other watch to get. I also can't imagine any real use case for needing a chrono diver either. I mean, why?
I would spend 2.5-3k on a Chrono, then the rest on a diver. For example, I'd get a Big Eye and a used Oris. For 4k, I'd have two really good watches instead of one really good watch.
