This home is very nice…very, very nice. It’s familiar-it seems that various sides of the house have been used in different scenes in movies - especially the double curved staircases in the rear where pool parties are held…I love this home❣️❣️❣️

Don't get me wrong. This house is absolutely gorgeous. But every single chair and table in this video need to be burned to ashes. Half of the light fixtures are horrible as well. The interior decorator needs to go back to the University Design 101 class that they came from or go intern at IKEA or something. Because upper end tastes left the building with this one. But the architecture is beautiful and has a warm grandeur without the isolation common in most modern mansions. Truely a beautiful design. Good luck, but I imagine this one should be an easy sell for someone that can look past the horrible decor.
Amazing how a developer was able to SQUEEZE this 31,000 sq. ft. MEGAMcMansion onto such a narrow lot?! It looks like some kind of badly designed Puerta Viarta resort, except for all the Sherwin Williams "Stark White" paint covering about 90% of it! The interior spaces were so open and cold feeling, I actually turned up my heater and put on my robe to watch! 🤣 I'll pass...

Why have all this eye candy and I open the door or window and there are the neighbors I don't want to see. Why have Heaven and then walk in the front, back or sides of my Castle but still be in da hood. The closes I will take another person near my property line is a mile. Other than that, you just wasted good money.
