      I stopped listening and taking financial advise from these UA-camrs, because at the end of the day, I end up with a bunch of confusing stocks without knowing when to take profit, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications.     Real estate investment appreciation happens only @ good builder's within city and 1000% sure a middle class can't afford it... Now indexation advantage is gone. So don't invest anywhere till you find recession type of situation..

      That’s because you pay almost 9% interest on home loan where your property won’t grow and give you better yield than that in the first 10 years where your principal is significantly high

    I`m new to the crypto market. Every crypto that I bought so far, I was out of luck because I bought them when they were expensive. I feel I missed out on all the opportunities so far. I believe having $450K yearly income would be a good investment so I want to plug all my savings into the market. I know this sounds a bit dull but I would like to know if I should learn investing or let somebody else (more capable like a FA) do it for me? Please share your thoughts. I am kind of tired of searching for a good coins to buy and losing all the good opportunities.

    Instead of squandering rental income or spending on necessities it’s important to reinvest and grow that amount every month and make investments again.

    For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time ......

      If one is not able to save 1 crore in 5-7 years timeframe, why is he looking at 1crore flat to buy? Isn't a big burden to him financially? Remember, he needs to save money for his kids education, retirement corpus and all others ... It is a very wise advice

    Real estate investment is enough for one house. Dont make investment into other house or flat. Allocation of money in real estate 40%, mf 40% and 20%bond, Gold. Buy your first house 80% on cash. For that initial save on mf.

    I usually don’t comment but this guy was an extremely privileged kid who could have made multiple mistakes and gotten away. in his talk he’s relying so much on the variables.
    The passive income by letting out part of his dad’s office was the biggest joke I’ve heard. Is he saying his dad was dumb ? If he is then why would he buy it in the first place
