Hi sis, very useful video. After you freeze your vegetables in bulk (example celery), it looks like they are sticking together. How to freeze in 1 serving portion (segmentation) so that it's easier to consume the required amount?

Freeze it in small freezer bags. You can also flash freeze vegetables and fruits.
