Thanks for the video, but it should be noted that you are moving the trailer while the jack is cranked above its "Max Moving Height" marked on the main shaft. You can see the marking at timestamp 3:00. That puts the shaft under a lot of stress. Doing that often will irepairably damage the jack eventually.
