People kept comparing it to bo1, bo2, and bo3 which it doesn't compare same with infinite warfare which I thought was pretty good but they compare it to bo1 to bo3 bo4 sucks I rather play this then bo4
It’s fun. The infection rounds are annoying AF. Not a fan that you a thrust into the side quests but I wish they made more exo zombies maps. Infection is a pos, especially when the whole area gets gassed and you become infected without any zombies touching you. The upgrade machines are annoying. You max out quick and you better have a wall gun. If they got rid of infection rounds, fixed the the upgrade station, got rid of the dumb side quest rounds, maybe if they wanted to be nice they would scrap the emp zombies it would be a lot of fun. I feel exo zombies deserves redemption. So why not make another game? They should really just make a zombies game. Wishful thinking, I guess.

Carrier rounds are some of the most stressful situations I've ever been in, short of also being chased by a ZOMBIE IN A GOLIATH SUIT FOLLOWED BY EMZ's. This is the most stressful but entertaining CoD Zombies. Cannot change my mind. When you respawn with no exo suit on round 25 you're ready to just dashboard out of fear.😂
The Cel-3 Cauterizer is technically the wonder weapon of Outbreak despite it just being a multiplayer weapon, so you got the Wonder Weapon Nvm it was added to Multiplayer after it was put in Outbreak, so yes it is the Wonder Weapon

Unpopular opinion but this was and still is my favorite zombies to play. It was my first ever so maybe it’s nostalgia but completing all of the Easter eggs and listening to all the characters is so fun. Figuring out how to get around the map quickly with the emp zombies was great too.
Impact grenades were basically a requirement with exo soldier. Faster grenade arm time and the non damaging impact grenades will one shot at least into the 40's
Fr real tho, exo soldier + contact nades are so Save Ass, they are like mustang + PHD, and soldier + distraction drones or teleport nades omg, they will save you any round P.S.: actually they will only 1 shot to late 20s or early 30s
Exo Zombies had no On-Disc content, all 4 maps you played here were all DLCs 1-4 Also the CEL-3 Cauterizer shotgun you had in Outbreak was the Wonder Weapon
Minor detail, Exo Survival on Riot turns into zombies after round 13 roughly. Then it goes to the cutscene of you in the Warbird. Not involved with the main zombie storyline because it started as an experiment. Allegedly.
I feel like a really big nerd for saying this but when you say “released with advanced warfare on November 3” in the beginning, your actually wrong, advanced warfare released on November 3 but zombies wasn’t added till January, I remember because everyone was super pissed off
I’m pretty sure Outbreak actually released with the first DLC with the only zombies content at launch being a teaser at the end of other survival mode thing.
The only problems I have with exo zombies are like, EMZ’s, and the upgrade system. (Oh and Burger town) Also on carrier there’s two decontamination pads bescales if you fail to defuse that area becomes unplayable for the round due to the gas that infects you, also disables the the pad
I’m sure he’ll never do it again, but it made me really happy seeing him play Exo Zombies. A mode that I have a real soft spot for, I found it very fun and I loved a couple of the maps, obviously has issues but I think it’s overhated. I love the burger town map and the ship map (carrier I think it’s called).
I like aw in general it wasnt great or perfect but i really enjoyed playing it when it was still popular and getting updates. Zombies overall was cool to me and a nice change after years of bo1 and bo2 zombies when i was growing up
Extinction is actually a great zombies mode, ngl I personally like it even though I have played almost every cod zombies, and infinite warfare and exo are top there along with bo3 and bo2
I dont remember hating this mode, I remember being surprised how much people didn't like it... but I also never bought the dlc myself, by go-to duo did and I played the mode with him, but not a whole lot
The first map was fun. Others not so much. Wasn't to happy that a couple years later when I went to play it for whichever reason... they stuck a pay wall inbetween so I haven't touched it since.
I am one of the few who enjoyed exo zombies. The story and the actors were really cool and under rated to me (I recomend checking out the teaser cutscenes). I also liked the movement in AW which wasn’t popular either. I definitely do see all the gripes with eco zombies and agree with most of them. Also the fact there was no on disk zombies maps and they were all dlcs was a huge mistake because people paying for it expected treyarch level quality which it definitely is not, it’s different entirely. Also the weapons in this game are inarguably cool AF even if impractical and dumb. Not something I go back to much but was fun to hop in with friends and play a overly hectic version of zombies. I think to me also the treyarch maps got a bit too easy and exo zombies was a challenge to do anything let alone the Easter eggs.
