They still have dipper and Mabel’s parents and grandparents, the baby seen in the flashback(nicknamed shermy). But the writers try to not talk about them too much because they messed up the timeline a bit, the twins were born in 2000/1999 which means at shermy born in the 60s/70s would have had a teen pregnancy at 19/18 who then goes and haves dipper and Mabel’s also around 19/18. The theory was that shermy is actually 10 years older than the Stans rather than younger then them. the baby seen in the flashback was dipper and Mabel’s parent and shermy just had his parent baby sitting for him. I originally thought the baby shown at 17:39 was Sherman Pines, the grandfather of Dipper and Mable. But when doing the math, it doesn't make sense for the baby to be Sherman. I believe the baby is in fact Sherman's child, aka the father of Dipper and Mable, just being babysat by the grandparents at the time. And I can back this up with proof. From what we know, the show states that Stanford disappeared 30 years before Dipper and Mable showed up in Gravity Falls, while it is also stated that the Pine Twins didn't see each other for 10 years after the night their father kicked Stanley out of the house, and they wouldn't meet again until the day Stanford disappeared. Meaning the night we saw the baby shown at 17:39 was 40 years before the start of the show. The good news is that the show gives us an actual year of when the main events take place: 2012 Dipper and Mable are turning 13 by summer's end, which puts their birth in 1999. This is relevant as we can subtract 13 years off 40 years, which proves that the baby (most likely born either 1971 or 1972) cannot be Sherman, as the child shown would have been 27 or 28 at the time of the twins' birth. And Sherman is said to be the grandfather of the twins, so he's definitely not the baby we see. While not officially confirmed, it actually makes sense for the baby to be Dipper and Mable's father, as the age he would be at the time of their birth makes it very likely. Plus, Sherman could have been the eldest child of the Pines family who graduated when the twins were in their preteens.

As you guys saw, Stan lost some items in the portal.
As youve guessed before this show connects with Rick and Morty.
If your watching Rick and Morty, rewatch "Close rickcounters with the rick kind" and youll see those items come out of one of those portals at about 6 minutes 30 seconds.
I love the rampant squirrel abuse in this show, in "the deep end" one spontaneously combusts, and here a frozen one just drops out of a tree.
This show is now 10 years old today.
I remember waiting after this bombshell of an episode was dropped. Never seen so many people loose their shit 🤣
That realization the paired videos are going to be a hoot!
You probably won’t see this but the password to Fiddleford McGuckets computer is ‘Stanford’. I always thought it was weird considering that was most likely his password before Stanford Pines contacted him to work on the portal
isnt that the portal fluid from rick and morty?
Always love the " what did I do to warrent this much aresteding
During first episodes you guys suggested that there will be some cosmic godlike creature... Someone said that Bill Cypher got inspired by Nyarlot'hotep - one of Lovecraftian gods. The god of knowledge. His symbols were the pyramid with the eye and the dark shadow in the corner.
21:30 well there’s a difference between burning all of your hard work and just hiding it so it doesn’t fall into the wrong hands. I know it sounds weird but you gotta understand, I wouldn’t want him to burn it either!
4:41 don’t underestimate a lumberjack
Dude this explains the mystery tatoo of Stan
I think it's their father who's the sibbling of both Stans to be able to all be called Pines
FINALLY episode 11 and 12
Hey yo come faster then youtube could load the video

aa the similarities in 2x12
17:25 I wish he immediately said it was an accident
(like wouldn't that be the first reflex considering Stanford said sabotage and not smth like ruined? and then saw if they could pull strings to get them to re-appraise

Happy 10th anniversary, Gravity Falls!

Stanley is called sixer by someone important you already know them.
Wait until they discover the arg with finding bill in the real world!
Yess i'm so ready for amphibia. You guys are not ready.
21:46 Don't know if it was already answered in patreon but dudes, here's the answer for Stan's mystery tatoo. I still can't believe that a friend of mine chatted me saying that these guys asked about it while they were watching the gravity shorts.
I am here immediately
Honesty Stanford was in the wrong. He asked the one person he hadn’t talked to in years to get it away from him and when goes to destroy he selfishly chooses the research. Then when his brother saves him all he does is punch him and tell him to leave not even a thank you.
20:55 nope
oh boi i can't wait for more
Is having twins is hereditary??
Thx for the reaction
Goated episodes
well meet again
I don't like having popular opinions but Not What He Seems is my favorite episode of the show.
My least favorite (by far) is Love God,.
In no means is this meant to scare you but those fbi agsnets are part of a real division within the fbi that deals with stuff like in the tv show know as the UIU or unusual incidents unit
