10:17 that witch prop has the same voice lines as the first animatronic sold by spirit halloween, “Life size animated witch” by Gemmy from 1994.
Gemmy and sunstar have been reusing the same audio for over 25 years now
It's also on the modern version of the shaking witch which was sold at Walmart and target in 2009-2011.
